Experiencia fantástica: I have used the Perez Fitness Center for years and am pleased with the equipment. It is especially helpful when one has a sports injury and can use specific machines to workout without aggravating the injury.

Experiencia fantástica: Quite a layout! They keep the gym nice and cool too, but not COLD, if you follow me. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Was able to do my increment training til I dropped....excellent workout. Wish they had a track outside too but that's ok, the hamster wheels work well.

Experiencia fantástica: Decent Gym. A lot of equipment, but a little cramped. Walking track inside and the staff is very wonderful. Despite its location, it can get busy.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Most of the equipment is free to use you don't have to worry about waiting. They're open to about 9 p.m. which is great for most people and open 7 days a week

Experiencia fantástica: I have traveled a lot and lived in a lot of different places. This gym is my favorite as it has so many different machines to choose from for weightlifting. I have picked this over any gym membership in the Columbia area

Experiencia fantástica: If you have excess to this small military gymnasium, you must use the amenities of various topnotch equipment, quiet atomsphere, a clean and fresh pleasant smell facility and friendly helpful staff. Indoors include two standard racquetball courts, an aerobic exercise room with treadmills stairwalkers and elliptical machines. The main exercise area have just every exercise equipment to workout every muscle group plus the free weights workout area. I enjoyed my most recent visit.

Experiencia fantástica: Probably the best fitness center on Ft. Jackson. Great selection of free weights, Nautilus machine weights, and cardio machines. Also includes dumbbells, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls and other equipment for plyometric workouts. Includes my personal favorite, weighted sled. Staff friendly and place is kept clean. Probably only minor shortfall is no outdoor track/workout area for nice weather.
