Experiencia fantástica: Super nice gym with new equipment in a great looking, nicely lit space. Has infrared sauna, massage and other free amenities, plus a schedule of classes that I hope to try one day when back in town. Truly surprised at how nice this gym was for a small town gym. My only two recs would be that they don't play their own music over their powerful speakers as everyone wants to listen to their own music, and upgrade lockers to have programmable locks so you don't have to buy a lock if visiting from out of town. Will be using this gym every time I'm visiting folks.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch gym. The equipment is great, they have a big class selection for everyone and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. Floor plan is well laid out and easily assessable.

Experiencia fantástica: Makes very good use of the space they have by offering all of the fundamentals, the plates feel heavy, facilities are clean and it keeps that local gym feel unlike many of the corporate gyms. Sauna is single use but at least they have it. There's a large turf area for functional training or crossfit, if you're into it.

Experiencia positiva: Great equipment, friendly staff. If you want to go hard and get gains this is a good spot to do it. It wasn't that crowded when I went either.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym in Jackson. Plenty of weightlifting equipment with dumbbells that go up to 100lb. Always clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so comfortable at this gym! And that means a lot because I am 68 year old. Granted I have been a "gym rat" for 45 years, so I should be comfortable anywhere, but I have joined places over the years where I WAS NOT. FF plays a nice variety of background music, has an impressive assortment of equipment, squeaky clean dressing rooms, and healthy meals to go! Their best kept secret: HYDROMASSAGE TABLE !!

Experiencia fantástica: If you want to get in shape you need to go to a gym where people are in shape. It means you can do it at that gym, the gym trainers and patrons know their stuff, and it gives you constant inspiration and an unconscious standard to strive for. FF is that gym. I've never had a bad encounter, staff is friendly and eager to help. They have everything you need and a good no nonsense focused vibe. I highly recommend trainer Maddi but I'm confident in all their trainers. She has a great attitude and she'll challenge you and get you where you want to be. She knows her stuff. The equipment and facilities are top notch.

Experiencia fantástica: A wonderful local gym with new, top of the line equipment, plenty of space to workout, and, most importantly, barbells with power racks. Also, the membership prices aren't too bad compared to some of the other gyms in the area.

Experiencia positiva: I joined because it was close to the job, I need to get the weight off, but no one really gave me a tour it could of been because of covid-19, but other than that it seems okay, I like the inside of the gym. I just wish when I signed up the young lady could have told me where some things are as far as restroom and things like that. I just had to walk around to find it myself. Hopefully it gets better.

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice and clean facility. Extremely friendly staff and a nice environment. Good separation between free weights and machines and a good variety of machines. They even have a machine for delt raises which is usually pretty hard to find! You won't be disappointed.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this place! Leah and the team greet us with smiling faces each morning. The gym is always clean, and it’s full of great, reliable, and diverse equipment. They offer a wide variety of classes daily with varying times to fit all schedules. I’ve enjoyed yoga and kickboxing so far, and I’m looking forward to trying more classes. Fondren Fitness is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym. Great price on membership. New top of the line equipment. Can be crawded in afternoons. Staff /management very responsive to questions /suggestions. 180 training is staff for personal training. Tavi is willing to work with you to find a regiment for your budget and set you up with a trainer. Ask for Henry- best there imo
