Experiencia fantástica: I have been Jazzercise-ing for over 10 years now and can’t recommend it enough. I found this wonderful Irving location in January 2021 and absolutely love the studio, cleanliness, coziness, instructors, music, variety and clients. Cardio, abs, arms, legs, weights, balls, bands, high impact, low impact they offer it all! Fun for all ages! Inside scoop, there are no mirrors in Jazzercise so you literally can just focus on following the instructor and you can dance/ move with your own flair.
