Experiencia fantástica: Open 24/7 , clean, helpful employees but they are not there 24/7 which is not a problem. I like going when nobody is there anyway. Please come get fit with the rest of us.

Experiencia positiva: The equipment is showing it's age. There aren't enough recumbent bikes. It's crowded at times. Equipment for the gym is also shared with physical therapy patients. The place needs some TLC.

Experiencia positiva: Best value gym in the valley. Great and updated cardio equipment. I would like to see more room for stretching and floor exercises. There isn't enough, it gets crowded. And the hot water in the showers leaves something to be desired.
