Experiencia positiva: Up to date equipment. Steam room is nice. Sauna need help. Pool is chilly but nice. Staff is attentive and friendly.

Experiencia fantástica: Ashley and Olivia are second to none in caring for your children and running great youth sports programs. Everything they do shows how much they care about your kids. Shout out to Olivia Jr. and Peyton, too. Trust me, your children are in great hands.

Experiencia fantástica: First time there for my Physical Therapy... Courtney was fantastic, as always...very patient and encouraging. I felt better after speaking with her. Everyone was very polite and friendly... from the staff to the members. I am looking forward to my time there.

Experiencia fantástica: The Y my favorite gym. The people are so nice, it's clean, and it is truly a judge free zone. If you get membership at one you have membership for all Y gyms in Columbia. Most of the equipment have TV screens and you cam supply your Netflix account. When you sign up you can log in with blue tooth with little effort to track your workout. They offer personal trainers and they have a day care. They have several locations which make it easy to access locations.

Experiencia fantástica: I personally love the the NW. YMCA. I have met so many great people there and the programs for seniors are so helpful in keeping our wellness in check.

Experiencia fantástica: A nice and up to date workout center. Has a number of therapy offices for different types of therapy one might need. Lots of Dr's and hospitals refer patients here.

Experiencia fantástica: This Y has everything that a family could want. The pool is nice and cool, Justin's room has loads of fun climbing equipment for the kids, the work out room has ample machines for cardio and weight lifting. They even have free coffee in the mornings. We love the Y!

Experiencia fantástica: Great non profit org. The kids sports programs run on volunteers so that might make or break your experience if there's not enough coaches. The pool is grate, but the issue is there's a lot of times when the swim team is practicing so it's hard to get a swim workout in on a regular basis. The gym equipment is great and they're constantly adding and updating with the latest and greatest equipment. All that you get for the price is what makes this 5 stars.

Experiencia fantástica: So great to have a place to workout without binding yourself to a contract...equipment is on par with the corporate gyms I've been to, and the atmosphere is easy going, the other people are nice and there are staff members right there in the facility to help out
