Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going here for over two years now and I love this gym! The staff is super friendly and helpful and the bathrooms get cleaned by a super awesome lady. There’s definitely a good community amongst the members at Crunch. Also, there’s a good variety of equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Crunch! Great equipment and resources for everyone from beginners to those who compete! The classes are a great way to move your body and stay in shape with options from Yoga to HIIT and everything in between! Personal training is individualized and will help you reach your personal goals! The gym is clean and maintained, and the staff is friendly, fun, and encouraging! I have been going to this gym for 5 years now and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Experiencia fantástica: After reading some of these negative reviews it is hard to believe so many people don’t know how Gym Memberships work. There is no way that $15 was offered as a month to month price. Most places don’t go below $40 for that option. Also, it does take a legit reason to get out of a two year contract and if you cannot provide that then you’d still be locked in. I’ve always believed that the paid in full option is the best way to go bc your member definitely ends when the time runs out. That may not be an option for everyone but it’s about $18 a month if you go that route. If I’m wasting time reading reviews on here then I’d prefer to hear about what the gym has to offer anyways. Adam is very helpful when it comes to training and gym knowledge. Which would hopefully be the main reason someone is harassing him at work anyways. Unfortunately, things like this happen often but it’s usually not the gym’s fault, it’s on us. Good luck to everyone that is, “ On a fitness journey”!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch is my favorite gym in the Harbison area because the staff is easy to talk to, the equipment is super nice and the area is incredibly convenient.

Experiencia fantástica: I really love Crunch Fitness! The staff is amazing especially Adam the manager. He is so friendly and is always making the place look so nice and organized. Just have to give this place a 5 stars! The daycare is awesome and the ladies that work there seriously are amazing. They treat my babies like their own. Won’t go anywhere else!

Experiencia positiva: I'm pretty happy with Crunch overall but my biggest regret are the hours here. Out of all the gyms in Columbia this one closes quite early and even for Crunch Fitness as a chain when you look at all of the other locations across SC and the neighboring states none of them close as early.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism , Quality staff is nice, they're not pushy when offering packages, which is huge. the gym is clean, and well organized. the equipment was well thought out, (they have multiple bench presses and power racks.). This is one of the best gyms in the area, and definitely the best in Irmo!

Gym is clean with lots of space. Has ALL the equipment you could ever ask for. Members all seem friendly and focused on their workout not yours. Highly recommend ..

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym in the area. Easily. Its cleaner, better equipped and better maintained. I actually worked for the competition and workout here. I see a lot of undeserving reviews from people who either don't use the gym, don't understand when signing a contract its like any other contract. It doesn't say in the contract "if you feel like following the contract or feel like going" ---i literally joined for 15 bucks and this place puts the neighboring gym to shame. Love this gym, and its staff. There are bigger gyms w social scenes--but that's not my thing, this is a gym you go to if you are actually looking to get in shape and kill some results. Eric and his crew are great, do yourself a solid and make this your gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch is the best. I enjoy working out at here! Great well lit parking lot for pre dawn workouts. They are taking great steps to keep clients health with individual sanitizing bottle available to use while using equipment and to be return upon leaving. This is my first week back since they have reopened and I feel comfortable with the measures they have in place.

Experiencia fantástica: Great crunch fitness. Now really big but has everything you need for leg day. Arm day cross fit or just a good cardio work out. Fitness classes are fun and moving. Go by and see BTW don't worry about covid here. Cleaning stations are everywhere. Crunch is doing there's best for you

Experiencia fantástica: We recently moved to Columbia and my husband and I were looking for a gym that had free weights, group fitness, cardio equipment, and personal training. We really like Crunch Fitness. The staff is super friendly and my two favorite personal trainers that my husband and I have had great personal training sessions with are Allison and Jim. Ask for them if you want PT. As far as COVID precautions go the club has gone above and beyond with sanitizing everything and they’ve installed plexiglass panels to protect you on cardio machines. Super cool place to workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank God for Crunch Fitness opening back up! Everything is exceptionally clean and I felt completely safe working out. I also feel relieved to get my pent up stress out from being quarantined! I noticed the staff continued to wipe everything down, constantly. I appreciate both the friendly staff and other members social distancing yet I felt comfortable to be able to work out and feel as normal as possible in these crazy times! I’m back to feeling better about myself and they helped me set new goals! I’m back on track!!

Experiencia fantástica: Very nice gym for $10/month. Everyone is nice, from the people that work there to the guests. They have classes, tanning, and clean equipment. The only thing I would say negative is that they could do with more bench and incline press stations.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been going to gyms for 20 years and this is my all time favorite. Crunch has something for everyone and has no judgemental policies against certain type of fitness individual (like the "purple" gym does). They even have slogans for "no judgements" on the walls. I think this is important for a gym as it promotes unity among different fitness types. Some gyms descriminate against certain types and it's wonderful to see a gym embrace all aspects of fitness. Crunch offers enough free weights equipment that even I as an avid bodybuilder think is adequate (3 squat / deadlift platforms, a Smith, a dedicated squat rack to the far side, and 2 flat benches). Their cardio section is absolutely massive. They have two studios in the back where they offer a myriad of classes (one studio is equipped for spin classes). They also have a turf section which is great for running sleds and punching bags for working out the agression from the work day's stress. They offer "group" workout classes where if you're new to fitness you can come in to workout and an instructor will have a workout ready for you and tell the entire group what's next (I will say it can be quite loud during this time since the instructions have to be loud enough to be heard over the music, but it supports people who are new to the gym and I'm passionate about new folks having a welcoming environment). They also have tanning, hydro massage, and a "watch your kids" area. Of special note, Bill, the owner of the Columbia location on harbison is especially caring of the needs of his gym members. I have had prior back injuries deadlifting and require a trap bar (aka diamond bar) to be able to deadlift without reinjuring myself. Bill not only heard my concerns but also got a bar to the specifications I was asking for (and I was picky about certain things). He also got it quickly. It's great to be at a gym where you know the owner cares about the place and the members. Another note on that topic is the place is very clean and stays clean. Lastly crunch is affordable. If you haven't checked this place out - you simply must. I've never been so happy with a gym in my past 20 years of fitness. The only thing I could even think of improving is having one more flat bench to ease wait time on chest day. I love crunch and I bet you will too! I hope crunch creates more locations in the surrounding areas in the years to come.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm newish to the gym scene. I had a membership elsewhere that I never used. At Crunch, I feel comfortable enough to go regularly. The staff are extremely friendly. I never have issues getting on whatever machine I want, even on a crowded day. Thats probably because I don't yet use the more popular machines. I like that I don't feel judged because I'm new and not the most fit person in the world.

Experiencia fantástica: Gym is clean and new. plenty of cardio equipment and free weights. Staff is helpful and friendly. Crunch also has several types of alternate work out equipment. Push sleds, resistance equipment and a Combative Training Center, and HOIST machines make it an all around gym that is very affordable! In addition they have a hydo-massage table and a tanning bed to complete your new body look. We are members!

Experiencia fantástica: A very good gym with new equipment and a large area to work out in. They have plenty of free weights and machines. It is easy to find a time of day when it isn't crowded and have the whole gym largely to yourself. All of the machines work as they are supposed to and are highly ergonomic. They also offer a rubber floor by the squat rack to do heavy deadlifts at.

Experiencia fantástica: Crunch Fitness is a very clean, friendly gym. The staff is great - friendly, helpful, and encouraging. Make sure to meet with Shiloh (fitness manager) to talk about your goals and get started on a plan to achieve them - she is fantastic! The gym has nice, clean, working equipment, and there's great variety. I love that there are no contracts to get locked into, and you can select the level of membership to meet your fitness needs and budget.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the fact that the facility is always clean! There are plenty of machines so that your not having to wait for one to open up, but my favorite part is the sauna. The price for membership is something that makes it affordable for anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym it's got great new equipment, the staff that takes care of my kids is very attentive and very polite. I've been working out here for the past two months and so far it's been great. The gym is always clean. They also are not too expensive like other gyms.
