Experiencia fantástica: Everything you need to get in shape. I am a senior an attend Circuit classes here. They have every level of exercise class you want. Also exercise equipment and trainers if you need one. Always a nice greeting when you walk in the door. I'm so happy they are there .

Honestly I’ve found such a home here and a special mention to Allison who has instructed me during body pump classes. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Close to everything. No excuse not to exercise. The building is shared by a physician's office but it is not an issue. I like that I can stop in while I am doing errands and feel even more productive.
