Experiencia fantástica: Finding Deuce is a pretty big deal for me. Being in my early-30’s and still trying to figure out a good work-life balance, working out had started to feel like a chore to me. Exercising at home was a slow-moving disaster. At my old gym, waiting for equipment, dealing with meat heads wailing on their pecs, and doing the same old routine of exercises made it hard to find motivation after a while. Deuce turns the model producing that nonsense on its ear. The exercises are functional, meaning they serve a bigger purpose than just "getting yoked." The coaching is awesome. Because there's some complexity in a lot of the exercises and movements, this matters a lot. It's also motivating to get positive feedback and to feel the difference that good form makes. Finally, the community is made up of people who like being there, who are encouraging, and who are in much better shape than I am. That also makes me want to work harder, and I couldn't be happier.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been doing CrossFit for a few years and I can say with certainty that this place is not only different, but one of the best around. They really make it a point to meet you where you're at in terms of your fitness and goals which makes it easy to fit right into what is as much a community as it is a gym. Highly recommended!

Danny, Logan, Lindsey and Dana are born leaders and inspiring coaches. If you are motivated to improve your fitness but also like to laugh...a lot, then you have found the perfect gym! Deuce does not disappoint or fix cars :)

Experiencia fantástica: This is old school Crossfit. The way I like it. Great coaches. Fun location. Basic high quality exercises to get you fit - to quickly move heavy objects short distances. Great place, great people.

I took the Pain Free 101 6-week course with Coach Campbell and Coach Teal after avoiding the gym for months due to a couple nagging injuries. By the end of the course, I had gained enough confidence in my movement patterns and form that I was able to start building some real strength again. Every coach is approachable and helpful. I really enjoy the welcoming and supportive atmosphere that has been created here.

Experiencia fantástica: When you walk up to Deuce Garage, you’ll see variety of people working out like crazy; everyone is just strong looking. At first, you might feel intimidating by this new environment AND the new lifting moves. And you think to yourself “Shoot, I can’t do that”. However, like all things, after a few weeks of “showing up” and mentally disciplining yourself, you’ll surprise yourself in the things YOU ARE able to do. I give a lot of the credit to their well rounded, professional, motivating and fun Trainers (ie Lacey). Thumbs up to them All in all, It’s definitely a place I look forward to going to and making part of my new life. It’s worth every dollar. A team of people that are committed and care passionately for you in every step of your fitness journey. The team at Deuce are patient people and encourage you when you need it to get through either a tough workout or a hard lift. Deuce has an inclusive mindset and one that encourages every one to show up and be their most authentic selves. In the world we live in; being yourself is pretty rad and being yourself in a gym is even cooler. Thank you to Deuce for welcoming me in on my trip from Nashville and I am excited for our paths to cross again.

You warm up before every class and do warm ups specifically for the muscles you’re working out. I’ve never felt more fit and stronger with my entire body. Experiencia fantástica: I was recently given the opportunity to drop in on Deuce Gym. In a word: WOW! My expectations were exceeded not only by the environment, but the staff was top notch. Coach Justin Jarel got me excited about coming. I recommend this gym without hesitation. These guys know what they are doing.

You never know what to expect when you drop in to new gyms but here the staff was friendly, the coaching was attentive, the community was welcoming and the workout was challenging. Basically everything you want when dropping in as a guest. I loved the atmosphere and vibe too. Coming from Denver, this is exactly what I pictured a Venice gym being with the outdoor rig, open garage, plenty of fun equipment and it was right on a main boulevard which added to the authenticity of the gym. You could tell that fitness is a way of life for this crew and not just a job. I will absolutely drop in whenever I’m back in the area.
