Experiencia fantástica: So rewarding! They are 24/7 so I can get my work out in anytime I need to. The workouts are as basic or intense as I want & quick (as fast as 15 mins on some). The saunas are incredible at maximizing my effort in a small amount time, and the small (1-3) class sizes makes it feel more private.

Experiencia fantástica: I love hotworx. I love the staff and owners are so very nice and accommodating. They’re always happy to see me and know me by name. They provide tips and tricks!! I have lost well over 30 pounds in just a few months. I love that I am not set on a specific time (and can adjust to a new time easily). So if something comes up or traffic issues, I can adjust easily. Perfect for this busy mama.

I have been encouraged and celebrated ! That does not happen at most gyms ! I love the flexibility to get a workout in in between my busy schedule! With 24 hours of options it’s easy to fit it in my day (at least once sometimes more ) ! It’s an amazing workout in a short period of Time ! I absolutely recommend it to all fitness levels !

I feel more energy than ever, my skin feels great, my cardio is increasing and nothing hurts my joints!! There's so much benefit to the hot sauna workouts!! And I can get my workout in 14 minutes sometimes w the hiit classes, perfect for a busy mom.

Experiencia fantástica: Can’t say enough positives about this gym! Love the different exercise options offered- I have enjoyed every type of class and always left feeling accomplished and challenged! I also love that this gym is open 24/7 for a mom and full time nurse this makes it much easier for me to get in my daily workout around my busy schedule! The staff is so helpful and pleasant as well! So happy that I signed up- this location/gym was worth the wait!!

Between the 15 HIIT workouts and the 30 minute workouts, I leave and feel amazing after every visit! I planned to go 2X a week when I first signed up but now I go 6 times a week because I miss it when I don’t go. If you are looking for a good challenging workout and to make the most out of your time, this is your place! I have already recommended 3 people and they all love it as well!

Between the variety of workouts offered and the powerful combination of infrared energy, heat, and exercise, I always leave feeling amazing (and very sweaty). More importantly, the Indian Trail location is top-notch! Owners Holley and Tim are so kind and present. They make a point of recognizing member wins and providing friendly encouragement when you see them in the saunas. The rest of the team is equally welcoming and ready to make sure you have everything you need for your workout. And they all hustle to keep the studio super clean!
