Experiencia fantástica: I was really impressed with this local Idaho Falls CrossFit gym. The building has been well set up for the CrossFit workout you are looking for. It’s a spacious gym, plenty of room to do just about any activity. I came to check this place out because of a power lifting competition. They have a great speaker system to make sure you have some good tunes playing nice and loud. Their bikes, racks, dumbbells, and barbells were all pretty new and in great shape. There was a toy play area for kids. I found they had a couple of showers. If I was looking for a CrossFit gym, this is where I would go!

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing! They are very family oriented which is great for new mamas. It feels like family when you walk into the gym. I love how they allow newborns and toddlers to come so that the parents are able to workout. If you’re looking for a crossfit gym whether you’re just a beginner or an advanced crossfit athlete this is the gym to be apart of.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is full of great people. The owners/head coaches, Sam and Becky, are super involved and make each workout worth going to. The place is clean and there are enough weights to go around.

Experiencia fantástica: This place has changed my life. I weight trained when I was in my 20’s, life got in the way and then started again when I was 47. Started lifting weights at a local gym and was injuring myself often. My body had changed so I needed to do something different. I started CrossFit at Maltese and I absolutely love it. I have lost twice as much weight and have gotten stronger in 5 months than I had working out at a gym in a year. And no injuries! Another thing, at a gym you have your AirPods in and nobody talks, nobody helps, nobody trains you. Here, everybody is behind you, your pushed beyond what you thought you could do. I’ll never step foot in a run of the mill gym again.

If you haven’t started CrossFit yet then you will feel at home here and the coaches are ready to get you started. I have been to many CrossFit gyms around the world and Maltese CrossFit is the most awesome!

Was asked by 6 people, who introduced themselves, about who I was, where I am from, etc. Cant imagine a better Crossfit experience in terms of what the brand stands for. Highly recommend.
