They did an excellent job of addressing my issues and I left with a regiment of exercises that should keep me pain-free for the foreseeable future. I would definitely recommend Pick Pt.

Each time I came in, he checked in with me on my pain and how I was feeling. We worked together on clear goals and by the time I was finished, I felt so much better.

He also validated my feelings of being unstable on my feet and explained what was happening to me. They were there for all appointments and prompt with dealing with me. Not like some offices where you have to wait. I never waited, The facility was very clean and and well maintained. They were able to solve my balance problem and make me feel more secure with my balance. They also helped me plan for what to do if it happens again. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this gym. They have all the equipment to do strongman and CrossFit stuff without the high price of a CrossFit gym. You can do power lifting and strength training here too.

Apex gave him a very personalized program and work with him until he left for college. Acl and maniscus strong, and to top it off he out lifted the other freshman on the college team d-line on the first day of fall camp! Words are not enough to express my satisfaction. I would (and will) recommend this place to everyone!

Experiencia fantástica: Cordell spent the last 9 weeks helping me overcome a bad case of vestibular neuritis. When I first walked into the gym I couldn’t take more than a few steps without tripping or falling over. Initially I was diagnosed by another doctor with bppv, but Dr Pickering did a thorough evaluation and found that wasn’t the issue. He created a helpful exercise program and a safe environment. He was considerate and flexible on my bad days, and quickly got me back to my normal activities of daily life. Cordell is very knowledgeable and personable and I would recommend this office to anyone, especially if you have a balance/dizziness issue.

His attention to detail is exceptional and made all the difference in correcting the complications in my knee. His hands on approach and attention to detail far exceeds other physical therapists and clinics I have seen in the past.

Experiencia fantástica: I don't give 5 stars lightly but, Pick P.T is worthy! Dr. Cordell Pickering is the best physical therapist I have had the pleasure to work with for the past year, or so. I tried 4 or 5 different therapists, who just were not up to par ! With the gym atmosphere and availability the facility is top notch. Dr. Pickering has the knowledge and experience I've needed with stage 4 metestatic lung cancer tumor, eating away my spinal cord and nerves ! From walking with a walker, barely, to walking without crutches or canes was with God's and Dr. Pickerings help! An arthropathy has now crept in and with Dr. Pickerings help I know I will walk again!

Experiencia fantástica: It is the best gym in idaho falls and nothing comes close. The staff are fantastic and they have everything a lifter could ask for. Great for everyone beginners to hardcore lifters. And if you are a beginner, the staff and other gym goers are very friendly and willing to give you pointers on form and routine if you ask. Great environment, great gym. Can't recommend it enough

Experiencia fantástica: The experience I had at this gym was amazing! I went to go support family and friends at a weight lifting competition and the environment was really fun. It was a clean place and the management did a great job keeping the competition running smoothly.

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far one of my favorite gyms I've been a part of. Their 24 hour facility, fair pricing, and super easy, fee-free sign up is what brought me in. Their friendly and flexible staff (Garet & Grace are great!) equipment selection, and atmosphere is what kept me coming back. While I was in & out early in the morning and didn't get a sense of the "community feel" here, one of my favorite parts about his gym was the versatility in the space and equipment. Space isn't taken up by machines that promote isolated movements & boring routines like many traditional gyms. I could come in every morning and make the space and my workout my own. Thanks for a fit and healthy 6 months in ID, Apex--I wish I could take you with me to WI! (:

Even the most athletic people there are friendly, personable and helpful which is especially remarkable because of my significant social shortcomings from complex PTSD. The atmosphere there promotes reverence for self improvement and convalescence. I would recommend it to anyone!

Lots of great equipment and personable staff make for an awesome atmosphere to get in a good workout! I highly recommend the personal training offered here too. Not to mention Pick PT is on site if you need any medical guidance to get yourself back in shape.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to watch a strongman event at Apex Fitness and was immediately sold that I wanted to join in and start training! What stood out to me is that even when things got tough and it seemed impossible to move on, the event participants found the will to keep going and finish the current challenge. This is astounding to me and I definitely love being part of it! Also, the whole group cares about your success and will definitely call you out if your not going for it 100% and when you do they will cheer and shower you with congratulations! It’s a wonderful environment and I recommend it for anyone wanting to challenge themselves physically and mentally and be surrounded by a wonderful group of people!!!

They are friendly, helpful, and truly want you to succeed in all of your fitness goals. I have been taking the fitness class from Grace and it has been amazing! Her knowledge and posisitvity are infectious and have been keeping me coming back! If you are looking for a great gym this is where you want to go!
