Experiencia fantástica: First day of working with Kendal. Great atmosphere, friendly making my return back into bodybuilding after several years. This is a new chapter in my life and I'm going to enjoy !

Answered my questions and in person is a very knowledgeable guy to be In the gym with .The equipment was perfect . Next time I have a chance i will for sure stop by . Great gym! Great ppl !

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym if you want a simple, 24/7, pay as you go 20 dollar gym. It’s not frilly at all. The weights don’t match, the machines aren’t brand new but work perfectly, and everyone here is very friendly, no egos. This is gym if you like showing up and just getting to work. For 20 bucks a month, month to month, you cannot beat this. I was a 8 year member of AnyTime fitness in Tokyo, Salt Lake City, and then in IF and finally cancelled when I found this place. The hack squat machine alone has been the greatest piece of machinery missing in my life. It looks a little rough when you first come in, but I’m telling you, you’ll have some of the best workouts of your life here.

Experiencia fantástica: Kendal is a stellar guy. The gym is awesome and is packed with the equipment for most any powerlifter/bodybuilder/person seeking fitness etc. On top of that it offers a cool and relaxed family atmosphere. Great gym!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a classic powerlifting/bodybuilding gym, the vibe is excellent if that’s what you’re looking for. Owner is super reasonable with pricing as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Alot of people I see talk about the gym like it's randown and and dirty gym and that is not the case. This gym is for people wanting to get into great shape like bodybuilding and power lifting and wanting to push themselves, not like planet fitness where you have a limit of how much your allowed to lift or what to wear or even drink there. If you want a gym like that just so you can say you went to the gym then go there but if you want to get into shape and be able to push yourself then this is where you want to be and I have known Kendal for about 18 years and he is an amazing gym and dose everything he can to take care of you and if you have questions he will help you.

Experiencia fantástica: Best powerlifting gym in all of South East Idaho if not the entire state. Mono lift, forza bench, load rock music. What else could you ask for.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is old school and only tech there is the tread mills proper grunt and sweat gym, was a friendly greeting by the owner and made to feel at home. Has what you want if your serious weight shifter. 10 minute drive from the flying j truck stop. Thanks I shall return.
