Experiencia positiva: We took our kids to the bounce houses. It was a fun way to spend an afternoon, but there are almost zero rules in this place, which would be fine, except there's a bunch of unsupervised gymnastics equipment and kids just run around on it and use it in ways it's not meant to be used. Still, I would be fine with this, kids need breaks from structure and rules, except for the foam pit. The foam pit was a draw for kids of all ages, everyone wanted to jump in and play, the only problem was they were jumping from all angles all the time, so if your child happened to be in someone's blind spot, or if, kids being kids, someone wasn't watching before jumping in, your kid was likely to get hit, smashed, or fallen on top of. Bottom line: it's lots of fun, but proceed with caution.

Experiencia fantástica: Cache Valley Athletics is the best place in Cache valley to train for Men's Gymnastics. I have trained there for years. No other place in cache valley has all the equipment like this place. They have rings, parallel bars, high bars, vault track, pommel horse, uneven bars, and several beams. Their spring floor feels good to tumble on with the occasional dead spot.

Experiencia fantástica: The coaches and staff are really nice and helpful! The bounce n slide that just moved in always puts bouncy houses in part of the gym which is a little annoying. But other than that, it's the only place in cache valley with an actual boys team! I'm always excited when new equipment comes, and I can't wait for some taller p-bars!

Experiencia positiva: Their toddler class is fantastic and definitely age appropriate to for children's needs. They teach correct terms for moves and positions. They are great with the kids. Love the staff.
