Experiencia fantástica: Phenominal box with coaches who care and know what they are doing. The owner, Cerissa, has been able to develop the best CrossFit community I have experienced in my 5 years doing CrossFit. Not only has she done that but she has made Antietam into the best CrossFit location in cache valley. There are many other boxes that strayed away from CrossFit here but Antietam has been true to it's rootd and it pays dividends. I guarantee there is no place better in the valley than here, whether you are mom trying to get/stay in great shape or someone shooting to make the games I promise there is a fit.
