Experiencia fantástica: I travel a lot and have gone to gyms all over the country, so when I was in the Hurricane WV for a short stay on business I figured I was going to get stuck with a fitness first or cable machine minimal... However this gym has a well stocked, and worn but loved weight room that is perfect. I did overhead squats, Cleans and some side work while I was there...They have the usual class' that had far more energy then I am used to seeing and a functional fitness area with a Olympic Platform, Bumpers and Turf field. Great atmosphere and super friendly staff, I got a 2 day pass and enjoyed myself thoroughly. It has that old school mom and pop run gym feel that Golds, Lifetime etc miss out with out the dirt, grime or meat heads...Fantastic workout.... Like I said I have been to a ton of gyms, and loved this one.

Experiencia positiva: Great gym for those that are serious about fitness. Many classes that are free with membership and they have a grill upstairs that cooks healthy fresh food.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member of Power Up for about a month now and I've met some of the coolest, down to earth people I've ever met. The amenities are top notch, and everytime I walk into this gym, I feel like I'm lifting weights with the Lou Ferrigno's, Ronnie Coleman's, and the Arnold Schwarzenegger's of the world.

Experiencia fantástica: I started my membership today, fair price and I got a student discount. If you are looking for a gym in the hurricane teays valley area, this is the best one! It's huge, many different rooms. It's incredibly clean. The locker rooms are clean, big and they have saunas and working showers. Very pleased and will be coming here for years to come. Staff is very kind too!

Experiencia fantástica: My Zumba instructor Ashley is the best ever!!! She deserves more than 5 stars. The only downfall is the front desk staff, they are never at the front desk and when they are they're always on their phones and never greet anyone that walks in. The owners are fabulous!

Experiencia fantástica: A full service gym. Amazing trainers, group fitness instructors, grill with meal plans and a spa too. Everything you need and more for your fitness goals. We love it there!

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome set of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. It has a squat rack and a deadlift platform perfect for big heavy movement excercises.

Experiencia positiva: Decent gym with a lot of equipment options and even an indoor grill. On the downside, it is kind of a dark/drab, windowless environment.
