Roberto leaves no questions unanswered and is a perfect example of what good customer service looks like. He hosts great classes and pushes me to my limits (in a good way !). I’ve been able to reach new records in my training with his help. I keep coming back to this gym because of the welcoming atmosphere. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Experiencia fantástica: But first let me start off by saying I've never felt more comfortable outside side of my own home in a long time the staff are absolutely fantastic the one staff member Roberto always giving a helping hand and there when we need him I haven't been to one of his special classes but I heard they are epic and looking forward to trying that out as well.Jeff is awesome teaches you what you need to know very understanding people makes you feel like family I recommend anyone who is looking to change your life around this is definitely the door's to walkthrough thank you Fortaleza Fitness Center for making my year 2022 the best start ever good luck anyone wanting to join you won't regret it ❤️

Also they have a cool boxing program with a Boxing Ring in it that look amazing! Definitely telling my friends and family about this gym

The employees are really helpful and nice and if y’all ever have questions about fitness you can talk to Rob he can help you with your diet and workout routines.

Experiencia fantástica: Love going to this gym. At first I was a little skeptical about getting a membership . I overheard people saying it was very small and didn't have enough machines . They have the machines you need for everything and the staff is extremely nice and helpful. Robert the sales associate that works there is a very helpful . Helped me how to use a couple machines . and always makes sure everyone is having a great time and motivates all of us!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a bit sceptical about joining the gym at first, but I decided to give it a try and I am pleased with the turnout. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I had a lot of help during the registration process with Roberto. He answered all my questions and made my decision worth it! And the zumba classes are a MUST!!
