Experiencia fantástica: Bright, clean, and most machines are in good repair. Staff is super friendly too. While it is not often completely empty, I've been at a lot of different points of the day and have never found it too crowded to be able to do my workout.

The staff is helpful and takes excellent covid precautions making you feel welcome and safe. If you are willing to spend some extra $$, this gym is definitely worth it. Very impressed!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the "energy" and positive attitudes of all the trainers. I dont feel intimidated like I have been in the past at other gyms. The strong classes r amazing and I couldn't do any of it without the babysitting! My kids love it! So happy I joined! Has really become a part of my life.

Experiencia fantástica: I just started at Energy Fitness in Huntington a few weeks ago, but I must say it has been a great experience so far! The facility itself is a perfect size, (big enough to not feel crowded but small enough to have an intimate energy), it has great equipment and is always very clean. The staff has been very friendly and helpful with any questions I may have. The trainers I have worked with have been very nice and knowledgeable, they all have provided great workouts and each have their own styles. Energy Fitness is a great combination of a high-end gym where you can workout on your own and/or take classes, but also provides quality one-on-one training if that's what you're looking for. I love it so far!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first gym that has actually made a difference for me. The place is roughly double in price than your neighborhood LA fitness, but I think it is more than worth it. This gym is smaller, the staff is very professional and is the right fit for its intellectual type clientele. The place is almost never crowded. The entire staff knows me by my first name and the front desk always checks me in without me swiping in (a great little touch). Their flagship product is their circuit class. This class will wear you out, but then you will look at the results in the mirror, and run back for more. Keep up the good work. Perhaps add a networking social to your program at the brewery across the street.

Experiencia fantástica: Energy is an amazing gym! I’ve never been a “gym” person but Iast year I decided to commit to fitness and energy is a huge part of it. The classes are challenging and fun and the trainers are great. They hold me accountable and I love it. The trainers really care about the members and it shows. I highly recommend to everyone of all fitness levels.

Experiencia fantástica: Excelllent front desk. All staff are professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. Trainers have in- depth knowledge of body mechanics and current nutritional info highly individualized approach. Managers respond to my texts immediately always friendly and professional .Also fun. I was a member of Equinox before and I have tried Crossfit those gyms are great if you are already fit, young and look good. I wish i could keep this gym a secret so I didn't have to share it.

The strong classes are terrific. best of all are the team of personal trainers, they work as a team which is rare in the fitness busienss.
