Experiencia fantástica: I am a UFC Gym member in Baton Rouge, LA. I was visiting family for the holidays and wondered if I could visit the Houston facilities in The Heights. Taylor, the manager, was extremely helpful and accommodating. I was able to attend their Boxing, DUT, and Muscle Makeover classes. I especially enjoyed the Muscle Makeover class! Sasha was welcoming, knowledgeable, and gave positive affirmations throughout the class. On top of that, it was a great workout! I highly recommend this location to anyone! Thanks again to Taylor!

Experiencia fantástica: What a great place to workout. I have held gym memberships at most of the big gyms in Houston and unlike them the staff at UFC bends over backwards to help me. Say I need a spot they're right there, or maybe I don't quite understand how peace equipment works they rush over to help me. Go to 24 hour fitness and ask one of the workers for a spot, other than Cornelius in Rice village you won't get a spot and he works to graveyard shift so make sure you go in late. Experiencia fantástica: I was a former member of the UFC gym in 2021 and I recently got a call from a company that I owed 600 dollars to them after I had canceled back in 2021. So I went in the day I got the call and the new regional manager Sean was a huge help he got all that wiped out for me and even offered me some deals to sign back up. I highly recommend this gym especially because they are under new management that is doing things right.

Experiencia fantástica: Joined this gym a month ago just to see what it’s all about. Fell in love with it and am staying, the instructors are awesome, friendly, very knowledgeable people. As a person who had never set foot on a mat for any reason I was new to this bjj thing. The community they have built is so awesome not just the instructors but fellow students are awesome as well very helpful and inclusive of everyone even if you are just visiting. I love the gym and would recommend for anyone! They also have kickboxing, boxing, and mma classes if you are looking for more than bjj. Beat bang for your buck in the city!

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym it has everything you need!! And more!!! Even a little turf area to do football workouts, tire flips, sleds and more! Plenty of space!! The equipment is always!! Super clean and very nice! A lot of cardio equipment as well! All the classes come with the membership unlimited!! The coaches are super chill and know what there talking about it’s WORTH the price!!!

Everyone who works here is always welcoming and willing to help. They keep everything super clean all the time and the classes they have are fantastic too! The coaches know what they are talking about, and they really push you in every class. You always feel encouraged, and every class is a great workout. It’s always clean and sanitized, and everything is always in order. I had never taken a boxing or kickboxing class before, and now it is one of my favorite things to do. I recommend this gym to anyone interested in working out, or anyone who wants a fun and unique gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I was extremely nervous coming into this gym at first. The second I walked in I was greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk. Every member I have made friends with as well as the staff are extremely polite and patient with the process of learning. Knowing it was my first time attending these types of classes and they gave me lots of attention within the classes to get me up to speed.10/10 recommend any beginner to come to this gym!

Experiencia fantástica: I been working out here since the gym opened. The current staff is great and the classes are great. The coaches are very helpful. You can book classes thru the app, they charge you if you don’t show up or cancel last minute, but that doesn’t bother me.

The price can't be beat, and the instructors are very friendly and knowledgeable enough to accommodate both first-timers and experienced participants during the classes. The staff and management is accommodating and genuinely interested in providing members with a positive experience. I highly recommend for anyone looking to start jiu jitsu or mix up their workout routine with group classes.

Experiencia fantástica: Daily Ultimate Training with Darcey is the best decision I have made for my life this year! She is very knowledgeable and can customize the workout for you where it feels like you are in a personal training session as opposed to a class with other people. It's been almost a month of me attending Darcey's HIIT classes and Matthew's kickboxing class and I am so happy with my progress. The gym is very clean and the music is awesome. I will come here as long as I live in Houston!

Experiencia fantástica: Started learning boxing here for the past 3 months, and loved the classes. My trainer, Sunny is great and has got me throwing punches with good technique in one month. Also, Taylor, Matt, Giovanni, Bianca and Nick are all super helpful and always helpful. They also do a great job of keeping the gym clean and safe with regards to COVID-19, and manage any issues very professionally with detailed email communication. I intend to keep coming for as long as they run this operation and highly recommend...

It covers a wide variety of classes, it includes Boxing and Kickboxing coached by pro strikers as well as different instructors with hard to beat certifications. Not to mention the growing BJJ program that is taught by a well known Phenom Alexander Lane. They also offer HIIT, TRX, Yoga, MMA & a full weight room along with cardio machines. Great for members who want to practice self defense, recreational competing, and especially to lose weight in a fun way.

Experiencia fantástica: Found this spot while I was getting my tire changed nearby. there’s a discount tire in the parking lot as well. Loved the cause and the guy at the door hooked me up with some 3 day passes. And signed up for a free ju jitsu class tonight at 7:30. The price is a little high but I think pretty reasonable. It’s like paying for a lifetime membership except classes and everything are included with the membership which is around 70. Nice spot and I was looking for a new hobby they host both ju jitsu and kickboxing and so hit classes as welll.
