Experiencia fantástica: I went to a boot camp class Saturday morning and absolutely shredded my muscles. The guys running the class were so patient and led with kindness and grace. The seasoned attendees were motivating and awesome! The trainers there running the class were so graceful and just all around awesome. I’m definitely going back for more torture.

Experiencia fantástica: Always a great workout when i come to Level One Fitness. They have a lot of great fitness trainers there. I usually drop in for Saturday bootcamp with Debo, and its never a boring bootcamp or boring exercises. Great music with live DJ. Recently went to Ebony Fit Weekend and had a blast.

Experiencia fantástica: I joined Level One last month after I found one of their trainers on IG. Although I felt initially intimidated, that was wiped away about 5 minutes into my first training session. Everyone here is so nice, welcoming and helpful. I have used Gold's Gym, Planet Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness and Lifetime... and NONE of them come close to the community of Level One. I'm not a body builder and I'm not trying to be, and I have always felt just as supported as the people here who are training for competitions or elite-level sports. Also, I find Level One much more comfortable to work out at as a single woman who never has a gym buddy. You will get out of Level One what you come seeking in earnest. If you want to make friends to work out with, you can do that; If you just want to come in and walk a hot girl mile and lift solo, you can do that; If you want help from a trainer to comprehensively overhaul your health, you can do that. All you need to do is ask! Last but not least, I want to address some of the old reviews that call out the administrative aspect of Level One. It is a small team that is locally owned and is juggling A LOT. Not being able to cancel over the phone or email is standard at every gym I have ever belonged to, and they might not be able to answer the phone because the front desk person usually handles about 65 other things too. This is a really great crew that wants you to have a good experience, so give Level One a chance and you'll see what I mean.

Experiencia fantástica: Just signed up today. I walked in and the energy in the building is just different. I walk in the front door and there is a tv showing Kai Green workouts. When you walk in there is plenty of equipment to get your job done. Theres anime characters and superheros on the walls as well inspirational quotes from C. T Fletcher to Michael Jordan. This place was intimidating and exciting and the same time. I cant wait to start

Plus it has the authentic feel of your old mecca of bodybuilding vibes. Definitely suggest getting a membership and getting to know the members in the gym community.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my first day and one thing I recommend to anyone new, make sure you bring you a gallon of water and have a light meal on your stomach. I really enjoyed my workout, but I know I could’ve pushed more if I had these two objectives knocked out. Overall great gym. They help push you. I’ll definitely be back next week.

Experiencia fantástica: This is what a gym is supposed to be. You will sweat, you will find all the equipment you need to get the job done. The staff is VERY VERY friendly and extremely attentive. Music selection is great and loud so you can get into your zone. They offer personal training as well as boot camp style classes. No hidden fees, very reasonably priced. No doubt you will leave there knowing you accomplished something.
