The vibe is condusive for people looking to make serious gains and get really fit. The things I have seen and have been encouraged to do since coming regularly have really upped my game. I’ve seen amazing results and lost weight thanks to Franco!!!! And I will continue to have Franco as my trainer. He’s amazing! Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience at this gym has been great! Day one I stepped in there the owners were very welcoming. The location is very convenient for me as I live and work near downtown. I train with Franco twice a week and he is honestly the best trainer! He explains and demonstrates the workouts, he is very patient, easy going, and very knowledgeable of what he is doing. I followed him when he moved to this gym because he makes me feel comfortable in a place where I used to be intimidated to show up. I highly recommend him as a trainer for anyone who is in search of taking their workouts to the next level!

They want there clients to be the best that they can be and encourage them to strive forward and eat right and so that the clients can see the transformation in their body . Franco and Marcus they can relate to their client. I love training with these guys cause they push you to be the best that you want to be .

Experiencia fantástica: Best warehouse gym in the area! Currently training with Franco who is creative and been able to tailor my workouts to achieve my goals. ALL staff and trainers are very approachable, always ready to help, and even with an exercise machine so you are safe and achieve a functional workout! They also have a space for outside cycling (overlooks the freeway) and Pilates class with Niki which is awesome too!! Thank you MuscleHeadz Gym Houston!

Experiencia fantástica: Based on my experience I rated this gym 5-stars because typically while training I spot slightly more than several eyes watching, whereas here- anytime I broke focus on my own training ALL I EVER SAW WAS OTHER FOCUSED INDIVIDUALS TRAINING, BEING TRAINED, AND MINDING THEIRZ! Environments like that I feel foster progress/productivity! When you are bred around wolves you’re you have no choice but to become one.

Experiencia fantástica: Solid. Equipment is all there + the good stuff you won’t find at a conventional gym (tires, turf space out back, etc). Dope music blasting throughout the place and the crowd is full of cool people. I know what I’m looking for and this place has got that “it” you need at a warehouse gym. Cool staff immediately recognized I was new there and had a warm welcome and intro to the gym. Moved to montrose and my go to place just had way too much traffic to get there so had to find a new spot. I’ve been involved at a bunch of gyms around town, and grew up on the warehouse gym style of training (HOT summers, cold winters) and I’m a big fan, but good ones are hard to find. They’ve got some room to grow to which is cool, I’m excited to see how this place evolves.

Experiencia fantástica: After being very unhappy with a very negative gym in East Downtown, I discover this oasis. Muscleheadz is a gym of great positivity and encouragement that welcomes everyone. The moment I entered I was greeted by several smiling faces that were warm and eager to help me continue my fitness journey. They asked me what brought me to them and after I expressed my disappointment with my previous gym, they extended an offer of one free month just to lift my spirits and to help keep me motivated!! I encountered a very knowledgeable trainer, a Mr. Marcus Walker, who is not only reasonably priced but REALLY cares about his client's results and is not at all concerned about "clock watching". He consistently has my body in a state of growth by confusing each muscle group and constantly challenges my body in ways I never thought possible. He explains the mechanics of my tailored workouts and really knows how to push my limits. Overall, clients and trainers exude great sense of commrodery and an atmosphere of everything and anything is possible. The facility is bright and airy and the equipment is immaculately maintained. The dues are very affordable. This gym is a true GEM. I have finally found a HOME!

Experiencia fantástica: I love the atmosphere of this gym. Although it is not super close to my house (about 30 minutes away), I am willing to make the drive because it is worth it! Everyone there is super nice and willing to help, especially since I am new to working out. One side of the gym is opened with garage style doors. There is a large fan inside so it's not extremely hot. I personally enjoy the slight heat and working out! There are also plenty of different machines to use. Also there is a shower too, which is convenient. Overall great gym with great people. What more could you ask for right? I would definitely recommend any and everyone to come by and check it out!
