Experiencia fantástica: Amazing Gym. I've been working with Kristin K. and she's an amazing trainer. The knowledge and experience that she has in fitness & nutrition is mind blowing. She's there to push you when you need to be pushed, motivates you when you are ready to give up. She provides you with the tools to succeed. Since working with her, my marathon times have improved in my last 4 races. I definitely recommend the facility and the staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Such an incredible gym I was not expecting a whole indoor soccer/sports stadium & training area. Definitely a cool spot to achieve all your fitness goals of any kind.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of nearly 2 dozen gyms in Houston throughout my lifetime and can honestly say O is one of the best. You really get value for your money. The facility itself is top-notch, amenities are abundant, the instructors are seriously on top of their game, and the classes are amazing. The staff and instructors are always friendly and the owner, Eduardo, is extremely welcoming and hospitable. They're honest people who run an honest business. Most important of all though, O has a phenomenal community. Everyone is really friendly and willing to help each other out. I’ve never been to a gym where I knew 10+ people by end of my first month! If you're serious about getting in shape and/or want to take your workout game to the next level, this is the gym for you. You'll definitely catch me working out there most evenings so if you see me, say hi!

Gentleman working at the front with dreadlocks always positive and helpful- pleasure to see him every time. Not to mention crowd is very motivating and inspiring to work out harder. Experiencia fantástica: This gym is a literal example of “you get what you pay for.” Love how clean this gym is. Everything is constantly being cleaned, sprayed and wiped. I’ve come for a month now and constantly see staff cleaning and maintaining the equipment. There are also a ton of classes available that are actually challenging which I never experienced at LA or Lifetime fitness. I’d leave those classes barely breaking a sweat however at o I fight for my life every class lmao.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism Great place to get some kicks in. The gym itself is really clean and modern. The staff is cool. Restrooms are clean and that’s appreciated. I’ve been to some nice gyms with dirty restrooms and that’s a deal breaker. Thankfully, everything here is kept neat.

Experiencia fantástica: I've only been here once, take this review with a grain of salt. This place has absolutely everything you need from a gym. It even has a 30ft hill, a boxing ring, an octagon, mat area for grappling, a sandbox, and various classes. Staff was courteous and very helpful. The only drawback to this gym is the price. I believe it's $125/month which includes access to all the classes and equipment. Honestly, the price isn't that bad considering everything that's included.

Perfectly designed for the up and coming athlete, the professional training for offseason, the former athlete or the average person looking for a full body reformation. As a former athlete I can honestly say I've never seen a facility this comprehensive since my college days. The trainers are professional and well credentialed. Certainly a hidden gem in the city of Houston. Well done AP.

Experiencia fantástica: March 2016. I joined O Athletik and began this week. I couldn't be happier. The current pricing is: $25 to join and then about $105 a month. Expensive for me, yes, as I have a lifetime fixed price 24 Hour Fitness membership for $100 per year. But the experience is night and day. O Athletik is like one of those all inclusive vacations. The focus here is on interesting classes to keep one motivated . And there are a number of classes each day. I have thoroughly enjoyed every one that I have taken and I now look forward to exercising again. But on the days that I don't want a class, they have an excellent selection of free weights and Free Motion machines, a brand that happens to be one of my favorites. So, although I am still in the honeymoon phase of my membership, I can give it a big thumbs up recommendation. Other pluses, the music is kept to a reasonable level so it doesn't hurt your ears or cause hearing damage; the facilities are immaculate/clean, which has not been my experience at other gyms; the members using the facilities seem to be really committed to cleaning up after themselves, that is, putting the weights back, etc. ; every staff member and teacher whom I have met is wonderful. Especially recommend the Gassed Cardio, the GRE Fit and the Triple A Fit, as well as the yoga classes. As a member, you go into the website, find the schedule for the week and register for the classes that you will be attending. It's really easy. And currently, I haven't had any problems with getting into any class that I was interested in. Be wary of a negative review, here in Google for O Athletik. A person with the initials A.G.G. wrote an incredibly negative review of O Athletik. I checked and this person has only written two reviews. He made such comments as: "Wish I could give no stars. Gym has been open for a couple of months (some areas showers, coffee/shake bar are still under construction) I happen to stop by the other day workout. There is an Asian or Pacific Islander that works there and immediately was a complete jerk. He advised I leave the gym because the gym was closed. Yes, he said the whole gym was closed. Mind you I asked there are clients (a friend working out at that moment) here as well and I have paid my fee. He advised that it wasn't true. He did not care and moved in closer to me as to intimidate me to remove myself from the place. Horrible, horrible, horrible! Once I find out his name I will gladly post it so the company and people who go there be aware of this little " The problem is...A.G.G. has painted himself into a corner with a bogus review. BECAUSE, O Athletik was not even open yet. They were still in construction as of March 2016. So there is no way that the things that he states happened could have happened.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym & overall workout experience. Kitchen, coffee shop, yoga, sauna, pool, martial arts, sand box and 45° vertical hill as well as latest free weight machines. O athletik is a movement just happy to say I jumped on board early.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice friendly place where I don't have to worry about somebody dropping weights on my foot or a bunch of horn dogs. I was surprised after the first week they were opened when they said they were going to add more classes as they already have a ton - friendly boot camps, MMA, boxing, kickboxing, cross fit, etc.
