Experiencia fantástica: I LOVED this gym! It had a platform, cable's, cardio equipment, all types of attachments, etc. I loved the 24 hr access and the iPad capability.

Experiencia fantástica: Great small local gym. Bought a one day pass as I was staying for a day. It met my fitness needs. I did have some trouble with the qr code scanning it to get in but otherwise i like the gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great, 10 stars, the equipment is clean and organized well through out the facility, they have everything you could ask for from plenty of squat racks to an area set just for deadlifting, the owner Rob was very helpful getting my membership started and answered all my questions right away. I couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this place for all of your fitness goals

Experiencia fantástica: Came here from out of town for a day pass and had a great experience. Met both the owners and they were super friendly. Terrific equipment with plenty of space and places to lift. Any serious lifter should seek this place out if they are in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: Good place to work strength. I practice Weightlifting and it's great. maybe I miss discs adapted for it because it's more prepared for powerlifting but it's great. It is also well suited for practicing gymnastics. 100% recommended. And very nice people.

Experiencia fantástica: Was a member of the YMCA for two decades and needed a change. So glad I did! I love the open, welcoming atmosphere of the new location; everyone has been great. It’s a true lifters gym with the largest variety of machines I’ve ever seen. The Bar is also super affordable and accessible. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Back at the end of 2019, I had searched for a gym on Google and this website showed up, because we were looking around for something different. We used to go to the YMCA. My fiancé and I went to check it out on opening day, and have been going to the gym since. Rob has shown that he cares about each and every one of his members, and their fitness journeys. Thank you Rob for a great atmosphere! Support smaller local businesses! You can always reach out to Rob and ask for a trial to see what the facility is like.

Experiencia fantástica: Went here on a Sunday while in town for a week. It was the only gym open past 3PM in the area and it has everything needed to get a solid training session in. Rob is a great guy and super easy to get along with. Highly recommend this gym and will most certainly be back.
