Experiencia fantástica: When I moved to Olympia, I was heartbroken to leave my old gym behind. I didn’t think I would be able to find anything here that even compared, but I was wrong. Athena has exceeded my expectations in every way! For exercise they have so many class choices, incredible trainers, and they meet you where you are at. Most days it’s hard for me to choose what to do because there are two or more things I want to do! They also have what most gyms lack, a community. And the community is amazing! Everyone I’ve met is so welcoming and the longer I go here the more I love the community. I feel more at home here in Olympia after joining Athena because the people are so wonderful. The trainers know their students names, provide encouragement, and have fun (challenging but also fun) classes. Community and classes are also so helpful for me because they provide motivation to keep going and growing. I waited a few months before posting a review but I really couldn’t be happier that I’m a member here :)

This gym is a positive place for women to focus on personal fitness goals in an environment of inclusivity. A friend recommended Athena because it is a place promoting personal growth in a fabulous, supportive environment.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best gym ever! Local and woman-owned (the owners are super personable and welcoming). So many class times and variation, never a problem with availability. Clean, and GREAT instruction with all classes (Les Mills, strength training, yoga, etc). The quality of the training and variability has everything you will ever need. Go work out and support local!

Experiencia fantástica: Athena is simply amazing. I joined Athena about a month ago, after not working out, at all, for about 10 years. The instructors are all extremely welcoming, understanding of different levels of fitness, and very passionate about making each workout and/or exercise work for each individual in class. But it’s not just the instructors that are welcoming and friendly but the other patrons as well. It honestly feels like a family and even if you’re new, you’re welcomed warmly. I would 100% recommend Athena to any and everyone, regardless of fitness level. Just after one month I feel way more energetic and so much stronger! Thank you Athena!
