Experiencia fantástica: Lots of equipment, large space, never crowded. Everyone wears masks. The staff is welcoming and friendly. I have the Black Card membership and even that is cheap. I love everything about this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: Lots of space and equipment, works with many insurances and Black Card membership includes hydro massage, chair massagers, and tanning/red light therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: Great size Planet Fitness. Probably one of the biggest ones Ive been in. Most of the staff at the front desk are pretty friendly and have a polite attitude. They're also pretty good about keeping the cleaning stuff stocked up.

Experiencia fantástica: We have moved out of state and needed to cancel our membership there in order to start a new one where we live now. Great club for a good workout without a bunch of frills that we didn't want or need. If you are a Silver Sneakers member thru your insurance, you pay nothing out of pocket unless your want the premium membership then you pay $10.00.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality The employees are very nice and responsible at cooper point , specially James, love to workout overe there. But please if it is possible we really need 70 and 80 lb for compact one peice barbell.

Experiencia fantástica: Nice, never super busy. I've only recently started working out but this seems to be the place to do it lol. Lot of equipment and the 30 minute workout is good for people like me that don't really know what the heck they're doing but still wanna get a good workout

The gym is always very clean, with many machines to choose from that offer a great workout with enough variation to keep your workouts from becoming mundane and boring. I, especially appreciate the 30 minute circuit workout that is already set up, all you do is start on one machine and follow the prompts to move to the next machine. It provides a very well rounded workout for the whole body! It’s great if you’re just wanting to put some music on and get a good overall body workout. You can push yourself and enhance the workout accordingly. Overall nice gym, considering the price is only 24.99 a month!!! Tanning is offered as apart of the package, and you can bring a partner for free every time with you if you want!!! Two for one gym membership!!! Happy to be apart of the community, people are respectful and accepting, always FREE of judgements or any body shaming. Encouraging and supportive staff working all hours of the day! Great GYM for our family!!!

Experiencia fantástica: The best gym I've ever been to for such an affordable membership fee! VERY clean and it's obvious that they take good care of the equipment. Staff is cool, friendly, but not all up in my business. Also, plenty of tanning booths and hydro massage chairs so there's rarely a wait to use them.

Kind welcoming employees clean bathrooms and facilities plenty of weights and machines for all ( around 6 pm gets very crowded so try to avoid that time if possible) Kind people overall that go to the gym as well. Mostly people keep to themselves but regulars will say hello! Only 22 dollars a month for 24 hr gym use and tanning. Best in town!! Plus helps me stay fit and healthy!! A win overall!

Experiencia fantástica: Love the equipment here. Having been a Personal Trainer for over 20 years I have my favorite Brand, Hammer Strength. PF has Lots of Hammer Strength equipment. The Cardio equipment is endless and Staff is great! Great tanning! The amenities here are endless.

It’s not a Planet… so I feel lied to a little bit, but other than that there is fitness occurring, so I guess you roped me back in… maybe for transparencies sake you should either rename it to “Building Fitness” or use your profits to raise an army that ultimately takes over the world, and thusly the planet, finally securing Earth as not just a Planet… but a Planet Fitness Planet…

Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't speak higher about this gym. I have been a member of many gyms in the past but this is by far the best for a few reasons. The management team is very attentive and productive in a solution with anything a member brings to their attention in a professional manner. The gym has the upmost cleaniness, even the cracks and crevices. Many stations of disinfectant around as well. They have ample carsio and weight equipment so I never have to wait. Don't get me started on their hydro massage beds and chairs! They have red light therapy, tanning with stand up, and even hybrid tanning/red light! I am so satisfied as a member here! Josh and Jimmy(management team) work hard to make every member feel welcome and happy there!

There’s a reason you see Jaymes mentioned in so many reviews, he goes above & beyond to make you feel welcome! I just moved away and I genuinely miss going to this location because they are fantastic.

Experiencia positiva: It’s clean and it being open 24 hours makes it convenient. I wish they monitored the circuit better as people are always using it just for the machines which throws it all off.

Experiencia fantástica: Jaymes is always so happy to see my friend and I. He always makes us feel very welcomed. I call him “Best friend” because of how caring he is and how much joy he brings to planet fitness. The equipment is easy to use and if we don’t know how to use it we can look at the pictures that are them or scan the bar code that’s on em and we can watch a video on how to use them.

Experiencia fantástica: I’m very anxious when it comes to working out in front of other people. However, this gym does a great job at upholding the “no judgement zone” vibes. Could be the people, could be the staff. Either way, the staff are welcoming and friendly. They do a great job at keeping the gym clean, too. Very spacious. Experiencia fantástica: I was going to a private gym and actually left that one to start at PF with my partner. We usually go around 3am - the staff are actively cleaning and sanitizing and even though they aren't at the counter to greet you, I've had two staff on multiple occasions come up to my partner and I just to say hi and ask how we are doing. I'm not sure if this is a PF requirement (like when Dutch bro employees ask what your plans are for the day during your transaction) but it seems sincere and not forced which to me makes a great customer service experience.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism I have never felt so welcomed at a gym before. The staff are absolutely amazing and truly make you feel comfortable and encouraged and always greet you. As well the gym is always clean and orderly, which is always a plus! Love this planet fitness.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly and helpful staff, sanitized and clean (there is a difference) facilities, and 24-hour availability. These are a few things that make PF the best. Tanya and John who man the desk weekdays are the best. They’re always willing to help and always cleaning equipment and the gym. I’ve been a member since the Olympia facility opened and don’t plan to leave.

It’s a Clean environment , and has all the equipment that I need .I live in Olympia WA , And it’s just a 2 min walk from home lol And subway restaurant is right across the street, So after working out I can get a healthy post workout meal on my way home

Experiencia fantástica: I get their in a no win with the mask policy. But when the mask falls under your nose tell your employees to at least say “please” pull your mask up. It would be wise to remember we are still the customer. I get the new power given to the mask police is real but courtesy should still come into play. That said their equipment is clean, the location is great and most employees are extremely helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Mr.will i think is his name, is a great personal trainer i took my first class with him today and learned alot. I'm already a fitness nerd and plan on going to school to get my bachelor's in nutrition and dieretics as well as my own personal trainer certification. Mr. Will taught me quite a bit today and i plan on coming back to his classes often for my knowledge of Athletics, to grow as well as receive his help to reach my own fitness goals. This planet fitness over all is by far the best branch i have visited yet.i have been coming here for a year now and would never change my choice of gyms . It's always so clean and welcoming in here the staff is amazing, they truly care about your well being. Ms. Courtney, mr. John, Ms. Amanda, miss Tanya, Mr. josh , and mr. hase are all such amazing people. (The rest of you are great as well i just can't remember all of these great employees names theirs so many of you Dx) if your looking for a good first gym. Planet fitness in Olympia is your place

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Professionalism I like the way the entrance is set up. Its not overwhelming or intimidating. The people who are working out are set back just enough that the spotlight, so to speak, is not on them or you. If you're just coming in for tanning or massage, the staff is quick to get you in a room or chair. This is my favorite PF.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone who works at the Olympia Planet Fitness has always treated me with respect and greeted me with a smile. The facility is always spotless and I noticed that everyone takes responsibility for wiping down their machine when they’re done. I also really like that I am able to bring my oldest child with me because he’s getting into sports this fall and wants to get a good workout regimen set before school starts.

Experiencia fantástica: Clean facility. Music was at a good volume so you could hear it or down it or easily with earbuds. Lots of seemingly brand new equipment to use. The new leg press and elliptical seemed a little lower quality than the normal chain equipment (not as solid).
