Experiencia positiva: New facility so it is nice. I have had my kids in swim lessons and basketball... both times have had issues with rude teenage kids that are not being supervised whatsoever. Screaming and cussing in the locker room... refusing to leave the basketball court when asked by parents and coaches... then returning at least a couple times during practice. Something they definitely need to work on!

Experiencia positiva: It's a clean place with friendly staff. Doesn't have some of the amenities I've enjoyed at other gyms, such as a sauna or bathing suit dryer, but those are just little things. I'm very happy to pay the fees to have access to this gym, especially with how kids friendly it is.

Experiencia fantástica: Thos is a new YMCA, so consequently, so is all of the state-of-the-art equipment. Very nice heated indoor pool as well. Friendly & helpful employees. I joined for the winter months due to not wanting to be out walking in the mud from rain out where we live and the cold. I will continue doing every winter with their easy pay monthly membership.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place, the staff is so nice and helpful, free classes with a membership if you sign up for them. Buns and tums is a good one. When the pool opens (very soon) it's on!

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean. Sanitizing spray bottles and wipes readily available for wiping down equipment before and after use. Plenty of room between equipment. Water fountains are turned off but the water bottle filling station works great, tastes good too. Staff was friendly (especially considering it was 5am lol).

Experiencia fantástica: This is mine and my family's first time visiting the shelton ymca. The staff were awesome. The facility was super clean. The kids room staff were great, my kids had a blast hanging out while i did my paperwork. Happy we are members for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: Beautiful new facility. All new free weights and exercise machines for whole body. Pool is wonderful for swimming and exercise. Life Guards on duty. Friendly and courteous staff, very pleasant.
