Experiencia fantástica: This gym has gotten 10 times better than it was!! They don't let children raise havoc in it anymore. It's a quiet, nice place to work out! The owner is a pretty cool guy he's on hand and available. Listens to your input and is receptive to your thoughts.

Experiencia fantástica: Best gym by far, not just in Shelton, but in South Sound area. Great equipment, and they have added many new machines. The staff is very knowledgeable, and they have a good variety of classes, almost all included with membership. There's a pool, steam room, hot tub and dry saunas in the locker rooms. I love this gym. It's also 24/7 now! Member now for at least 5 years.
