Experiencia fantástica: We love the Grayland Beach area. It's never too crowded and has easy beach access. We like that you CAN drive into the beach itself. Though people do need to be careful where they park. On our last trip, we saw two vehicles getting towed out of the sand, so be careful where you stop your vehicle.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this beach. Spent almost every Memorial Day weekend at this beach with my family growing up. So happy to be able to bring my kids and spend awesome days enjoying the sea and sun. Great place to bring kids and dogs. Tons of space and it's never too crowded. You can always find a place to set up that makes you feel like the whole beach is yours. Access road has clean restrooms and parking if you don't want to drive on the beach. Dog-friendliness: Super dog friendly beach. Everyone we met was nice with well behaved dogs. There is so much space that it would be easy to find an open area with no one around if your dog is less people/dog friendly but you still want to let them enjoy the beach.

Experiencia fantástica: Shhhhhh..... let's keep this place a secret just for us. Grayland Beach is a gem unto itself. Have a picnic, lay out for a little sun, fly a kite or do some shell hunting. I have been all up and down the Washington coast but always end up back at Grayland Beach. But please, don't tell anyone about this, let's just keep it our little secret. :)

Experiencia fantástica: The entrance to the beach had a bunch of potholes, so go slow! But once on the beach, it was really cool to drive around on the sand.

Experiencia fantástica: Lately I keep getting my car stuck in the sand even though this beach entrance has more road to it. The first couple times I got help from kind strangers but the third time I had to dig myself out. The beach has the most beautiful stones, agates and jaspers and more though, so I'm sure I will get myself stuck again. It's fantastic to drive down the beach in the mist with the windows down. Dog LOVES it.

Experiencia fantástica: Well maintained, this beach allows pretty much any vehicle type, access to drive the beach during lower tides. Small sedans should have new problem using this access road, I use it often in my Rio. Very compacted, maintained regularly. Have fun.

Experiencia fantástica: We found this beach to have the best access road compared to the others. There was not too much soft sand to drive through at the time of this review (7/28/21), so very little chance of getting stuck on the way to and from the hard sand. The beach is very wide with a very gradual slope. Not a surfers beach. Great place to watch the sunset.

Experiencia fantástica: Good solid ground for driving access. People come here to watch the sunset. Or to do all the things one does on a beach. Careful about swimming, There is a dangerous riptide. Room to park if you want to leave your car and walk. Remember to park above the tideline, not down where the beach slopes. People have lost their cars to the tide when it comes in. When clam digs are permitted, this is a great place to come.

Experiencia fantástica: Beaches you can drive on, amazing little town's, state parks with huts, full hook ups,ups,coin-OP showers, park rangers observe, and patrol. Park rangers are there but keep there distance, and are the most profesional rangers I've met in the United states. Great coastal driving, backroads, views etc......the excessive logging of the state, and national forests is unreal. Seattle has excessive amount of big trees. Drove from Seattle to the dunes, up the 101, to Neah bay around the Peninsula , Bellingham , to mt. Rainier , and ever back road I could find....anyways great located, services, community, views etc...

Experiencia fantástica: Nice spot for public beach access where you can drive out onto the sand and find a spot to enjoy the ocean. There were plenty of other cars and people out there but they were so spread out we weren't actually near anyone. We saw one group of people had a fire going and saw remains of old fires.
