Experiencia fantástica: I've been going here for about a year at the time of writing this, and everyone's been very encouraging and friendly. I've had a good time working out and learning good form. I thought the workouts were really scary at first but after working my way up to it I've managed to do some of the things I never thought I could. There's scaled options for beginners all you have to do is start. You can also try out classes for a week to get a feel for things and there's different payment options depending on how often you plan to visit. There's also a tanning bed if that's your thing.

Experiencia fantástica: Vacationing in ocean shores and dropped in. Jason was really responsive and coach Alex was incredibly inviting. Great amount of space and fun atmosphere. Grays Harbor is lucky to have this gym!!

Experiencia fantástica: My daughter came and visited me from Baltimore Maryland. She wanted to continue her scheduled exercise routine while visiting. Very professional, informed, and my daughter was able to come in for a drop in on Thursday before heading out Friday morning.

Experiencia fantástica: If you have ever wanted to try crossfit this is the place. They have classes that go all day and a coach to lead the class. No experience required. Not interested in crossfit, come in and talk to Jason about your fitness goals and see what they can do for you. I'm glad I did.
