Experiencia fantástica: Not a fake review! I have been going to Crossfit Carnage for over 2 years! I am in the best shape I have ever been! I am 38 years old now and feel better than I did in college! I am able to do things and lift things I never thought possible! But it does not stop there! My blood pressure is now normal, my cholesterol is low, and I am down to a 31 inch waist! These guys have inspired me to leave nothing behind in my workouts and the results show it! They are good people who really care for their clients! If you are looking for results and people who are inspirational and dedicated this is where you go!

Experiencia fantástica: Hi to my FB peeps. Want to tell you about my little journey. About a year ago I started crossfit. I was one of those who went twice or 3 times a week or finding EVERY REASON not to go. I was eating like crap figuring if I was working out, i can eat what I want. WRONG!!!! Then 4 months ago TODAY, I lost my HERO....my BEST FRIEND.....my DAD!! :'( then a week after my Dad past......ONE WEEK.....my mother-in-law past. It was such a blow. I went into a very DARK place. Very depressed....just wanted to stay in bed. I Stopped working out.....just doing nothing but crying. THANKS to Jamie Rosenblum who helped me....telling me to get back to the box.....you have to get back in there. So, i did!!! 5 days a week I go. Crossfit Carnage, Jason McLean and Chad Turnipseed , thanks so much for pushing me and helping me feel better about life and myself. You guys ROCK! Everyone at that gym are AMAZING people.....no one there judges you.....they support you.....and even push you to do better. I wouldn't know where I would be today...mentally....without you guys. Thanks again!!!!! Btw, I'm almost to where I want to be. I lost 26lbs....5 more to go. Yeah buddy!!!!! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I'm from CA --- found myself in FLL for business on Sunday, really wanted to re-do Open 13.1 for better score. It's tough to show up in a different box and compete, but A.J. and Crossfit Carnage crew were very friendly.. delayed their workout, insisted I do a good warm-up and judged me on 13.1 ! Owner Jason provided some tips for my Snatches. I've visited boxes all over... great no-nonsense, train-hard, vibe at Carnage... not a lot of chrome and plants there... if that is what you are looking for. Got a cool T-shirt too! ... Check Carnage out!

Experiencia fantástica: Great training spot. Jason really knows what he is doing and will make sure you succeed at your workout. He doesn't push you to your breaking point. On the contrary, he helps you work at your own pace and advance up properly.

Experiencia fantástica: Coloco esta resena en espanol para que te animes y empieces tu plan de entrenamiento. Mi experiencia con el crossFit es excelente el limite lo pones tu! lo que mas me gusta es que tienes un entrenador siempre pendiente de tus movimientos, monitoreando que hagas todo de la manera correcta que es un punto positivo. El ambiente es encantador las personas que van se animan entre si ya que no es algo facil todo lo que hagas te anima a llegar mas alla de tu potencial. Si quieres probar algo difereente a los mismos ejercicios aburridos del gymnacio comun este es un lugar donde puedes comenzar y ver resultados reales.

Experiencia fantástica: Best CF gym in the area. I know because I've trained at almost all of them. This is the only box I've ever stuck with, and continually keeps me engaged and challenged. Jason, Justin, Robin, and Rachel are the best coaches around. Could not ask for a better gym/community

In my experience, those that say CrossFit leads injury have all been from a Box that cares more about their athletes representing in competition, than the longevity of the athletes. This place is diverse and fun. Truly a community.

All of the trainers are great and everyone is very welcoming. I feel stronger and healthier than I ever felt before. I highly recommend CrossFit carnage you won’t be disappointed

I did one class with Josh and was also impressed by his approach. The gym is a quintessential CrossFit box. I wanted more lifting and I got it! This place has everything, everyone you need to become a better athlete and a healthier person.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Crossfit Carnage for 6 years... it truly is an amazing box. We are all so united, supportive and encouraging. We have fun, we get fit, we joke, we sweat, we get stronger! This is my happy place. I love the feeling I get when I go to Carnage, the feeling of freedom! The coaches are awesome, they are very observant, give great suggestions and modify our form so we are being more efficient with our bodies. I moved recently and do not live close to Carnage but I refuse to go to another box because this place is the BEST!

Experiencia fantástica: Simply the best fitness experience that I ever had in my life! I abandoned my sedentary routine because of this box! Everything is so dynamic, in almost 2 months of classes, I never repeated a single train. Everyday I learn new exercises, challenge myself and overcome my difficulties.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a member here for over three years! The programming accommodates all fitness levels from beginners to experienced, all workouts can be scaled, and the coaching is excellent. It is located in a warehouse and although there are many high-powered fans, there is no air-conditioning so prepare to sweat in the summertime. Everyone is friendly and we frequently meet for drinks or taco Tuesday after classes. My favorite gathering is the no-shower-happy-hour that takes place after the 5:45 class on some Fridays.
