It was a very kind and welcoming atmosphere right from the start, and I look forward to more classes in the future. What a gem we have right downtown. If you haven't already, I highly recommend checking them out.

I’ve went 2 times now and I can honestly say I have no clue what I’m doing and I just try my best and I have not once felt judged or anything. I leave feeling good, stretched out, and very relaxed. Definitely will pop in as much as I can.

Experiencia fantástica: The best yoga place around! I’m a beginner for sure and I shake and can’t hold poses correctly for too long, but I still feel right at home and unjudged. I went a handful of times pre-covid, and I’m now I’m coming here for good! Every class is different but amazing. Not only for the body, but the mind and soul as well. Very welcoming, judgement free, calming, etc… if you require a certain vibe for yoga, this place has it for sure. A safe haven in this world. ❤️

She mentioned she had a back massage with Laura and I could take her spot. WOW, she did wonders! I left feeling so much better. She is very professional and skilled. 10 out of 10!!!
