She takes the time to get to know each of her patrons personally and supports them each individually where they need it. Her one on one approach makes you feel valued and seen as a person not just a customer and her feedback encourages you, as a whole person, to reach the goals you’ve set for yourself. If you’re signing up for a challenge or just looking to improve on your own, raise the bar will definitely help with the process.
