Experiencia fantástica: like the ones before me would like to point out 1) great atmosphere to train in. 2) Trainers are considerate and motivating. Check or suggest fine tune pointers provided you have the compound motion down. 3) Def. make it to the skills class which for now is held on Thru. at 615pm. 4) Few plans to choose from depending on your training needs (be it general fitness or a specific goal). I will highly recommend this place as I went to two other Cross Fit places and none come close to CFC. and CFC comes as close to my first Cross Fit place I trained at in TN. Experiencia fantástica: recently started here; great place. Good trainers. Will recommend the place. Try to make 15 mins before class for warmup. WOD are amazing and will leave ya breathless.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a garage gym guy but spend one day a week at Carbon with Pete, Ivy, Phoenix and the 11:30 AM gang. Coaching is top-notch and the attitude is great. My home away from home.

Experiencia fantástica: The atmosphere is great, the equipment is kept clean and tidy, the coaches are AMAZING. Pete and Ivy are very well trained and extremely friendly. The community at this lab is also overwhelmingly nice. Make sure you introduce yourself before class starts though, otherwise it's burpees all around.
