The instructors are awesome, very helpful and knowledgable. They made me feel comfortable and helped me catch up to others in the class. The place is clean and the atmosphere is energetic and motivating. I have learned so much and I enjoy coming every week!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best things I ever chose to do! This experience has enriched my days and enhanced my overall quality of life in many ways. I’ve lost 50 lbs and I’m still getting leaner. I’m able to use my body in far superior ways than I was able to before I joined. It helps me relieve stress. It helps me to make a great day even better. It’s helped me wrestle with issues of ego and gain a true confidence in life. I get to be a part of a community of people that come from a variety of backgrounds and places but we all help each other to grow and do better. We encourage each other and applaud each other. And the Snyder family are a bunch of amazing people. Their ethic is strong and true. They are very talented at helping a person seize the opportunity to become something more. It is evident that they truly care about our achievement as students and people. It is only a few times in my life that I’ve met people of such a high caliber and drive that their craft they share with you emanates so fully throughout many aspects of the participants’ lives. This school will give you the opportunity to push yourself to new places in positive ways. I’d recommend it to anyone for so many reasons.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm consistently impressed with the quality of instruction as well as the culture that the owner has created in this Academy. My teammates are extremely helpful and encouraging. Virtually every session, I'll compete hard against a training partner in a live drill, then receive tips from them on how I can improve for the next time. The facility is clean, no bullies, and there are a large number of black belts who frequently attend classes (which are led by the owner, who is also a black belt). Check it out. You won't regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Tiger Rock Martial Arts is a phenomenal gym. My kickboxing class is high intensity, challenging, and fun! The instructors are not only very friendly but they also care about your well being and development in whatever class you take. I have learned a lot in the short amount of time I have trained there and I want to continue kickboxing training because of my experience I have had at Tiger Rock!
