Experiencia positiva: Edit: Management was very forthcoming this time around and was able to get easy contact with them and were professional while resolving my problem, I just truly hope that it’s really over as the billing company is a nightmare but glad gym management assisted me with this. Very unprofessional, the gym is run by one women but she refers you to some other chick. I've requested to cancel my membership as of 07/28 and have yet to hear from them back but yet the billing company keeps trying to bill me as if everything is fine and dandy. You won't hear from this gym if it is regarding a cancellation or refund they don't like that as they need all the money they can get apparently. I will keep making sure this is spread across social media until this is fixed

Experiencia positiva: Critical: Professionalism Edit: At first it was pretty difficult to get a hold of management and honestly didn’t think I would be able to speak with them and resolve my issue after reading some of the reviews and experiencing it myself. However, management was very responsive this time around and was able to assist me, and was quite professional with me.

Experiencia positiva: Clean environment. Main office or gym managers are difficult to contact, and there isn't someone in the office most of the time. However, the gym itself is well functional.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean facility, excellent equipment, never packed and very comfortable to workout in. Used to go to another 24 hour gym in Pharr, TX and it’s night and day difference in equipment, cleanliness, and availability for the same monthly cost. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: This is one of my favorite gyms during winter season, I can go in pay 3-6 months with out getting a contract. The fee is only 30 monthly and you get a free key to get into gym . What I like most about this gym is that everyone is friendly and they know each other , I hate crowded gyms because I feel as I am being judged but the environment is very different at rgv
