Experiencia fantástica: ZRock offers an amazing Christian atmosphere around every corner, from their trainers to the Lazarus Workout to the inspirational verses written on the walls in the bathrooms! I absolutely love the Lazarus Workout and the different instructors each day. This is a gym for EVERYONE...including kids now since they have added childcare during peak hours. I promise you, you will never feel intimidated working out at ZRock! I'm so thankful my husband and I joined!
