Experiencia fantástica: Listen, this is a good gym for the price. If you want fancy facilities, staff who pamper your ego, go ahead and pay $70+ at another gym. For less than half the price, Fit 4 Life Gym has all the basics: treadmills, ellipticals, free weights. I go during peak hours and have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for a machine. I also find the financial policies really reasonable.Sincerely, I had an excellent experience at this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym exceeded my expectations 1000%, the staff is like a family , the gym is extremely clean , there’s a ton of free weight and plate loaded machines which is exactly what I was looking for. I’ve worked and trained at several gyms over the years and this one seems to feel like home. Please wear a mask and keep it on during the workouts we are trying our hardest to keep Our gym COVID free and we will continue to enforce these rules until further notice. Right next to Flanigan’s in Hialeah , very easy location to find, plenty of parking.

Experiencia fantástica: El mejor gym de todo MIAMI y de toda la Florida, muy familiar uno se siente bien y estimulado Gracias a sus entrenadores y dueños Sandra y Mel muy profesionales y al Pendiente de todos. Se lo recomiendo a todo el quiera tener un cambio en su vida para bien. Todo Hasta sus batidos espectaculares y sus clases de cardio mas espectaculares aún. No los cambio por ninguno. Son los mejores felicidades.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the salsa classes they give here. It is cuban style but just to have fun in parties, not to become a Pro and compete. They divide people in 4 groups depending on your level, and it is so much fun!!!!

You rarely have to wait long or at all for the equipment you need even during the after work rush, and there's always plenty of parking. It's a good place if you're a bodybuilder or someone who just wants to tone up a bit.
