What is the busy time so many questions that I ask any was a lady there I think her name it was Kim I’m not sure she was very nice very extremely professional and she’ll. She always answer my question and she was very polite. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I have really enjoyed my time at Gold's Gym in Reston. Andrew Dearing-the Fitness Manager evaluated my goals and paired me with Matt Evans. Matt has been my personal trainer since April 2022 and I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable, offering balanced sessions with plenty of challenges and great praise when deserved to help me stay focused on achieving my goals in a healthy way. :) I am really feeling fit and fabulous and I owe it to Andrew & Matt- they have been extremely supportive in my fitness journey.

Experiencia positiva: Hidden gem in the area. Large workout area with ample equipment. Lost a star because the dry sauna is so small.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this gym because of it's proximity to Whole Foods, several pieces of great gym equipment, the nice bathrooms and 5 really exceptional employees. Mike is the best gym manager I have ever known. And he's such a nice man. This gym is so peaceful, never too crowded. They also don't play music very loudly and I love that. Andrew is an awesome trainer always trying to help me reach my full potential. Brett, Ashley and McKenna are so kind and nice and all three have gone out of their way to help me. The showers are great (water pressure and water temperature are perfect). I love that they stay open until 11 pm. This is by far my favorite gym in Virginia and I've been to many. It's a hidden gem of a gym. Each month I get to work with a trainer for free. That comes with the membership. For me this is the perfect gym. I have been to well over 125 gyms in the past 20 months and this gym is one of my three favorites. Mike, Brett, Andrew, Ashley McKenna, the showers, the close proximity to Whole Foods and the equipment are what really makes this a very special gym. Some of the members at this gym are so nice. My two favorite members are these two brothers: Johnson and Alex. I just love this gym.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the opportunity to use the club as part of my hotel stay in Reston. I found the facilities clean and the staff friendly and helpful. The gym was well equipped! From a quality perspective, I definitely recommend it if you are in the area and are looking to join a gym. I can’t attest to value as I was a guest.

Experiencia fantástica: A lot of the reviews here are very unfair. As a person who has used many gyms over a 20 year period, this gym is great. Compared to others in the area that charge upwards of 50-100$ to join and 100$ for monthly dues, Golds has everything you need. The majority of the staff is great and personable. Marcus, chris and Dylan are charming and politely answer any question. All you have to do is ask! It isn’t the staff’s job to specifically cater to each person who signs up. They supply you with the tools and a facility to get in shape, it’s your job to shut your mouth and just work out.

Experiencia fantástica: My experience has been great with this gym. The owner was welcoming along with the rest of the staff. The gym is smaller than most I've been to but their 'busy' hours aren't bad in comparison. They also keep the place clean which is always a plus. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the Reston area.

Experiencia fantástica: Neil is adored by my kids! He's friendly and understanding. The gym itself is not overbearing and had all the tools I'd need. Very comfortable and friendly environment whether you're trying to get fit or a veteran gym rat.

Experiencia fantástica: There is nothing like working out with the help of a personal trainer. Zen at Gold's Gym is a professional on its field and he has been fundamental to my progress towards getting and staying in shape. His expertise makes all the difference. You never push yourself enough or in the right ways risking either not seeing the results or getting injured. It's not easy, a personal trainer guides you and in the end is you who push hard so it's a team effort.
