Experiencia fantástica: A group of us tried out Jazzercise, and I can't believe how fun it is!! I am somewhat in shape - I do Orangetheory a few times a week and some yoga too. But this was totally different - areobic, but lots of strength training too -- all mixed into dancing. I am totally uncoordinated but it was easy enough to get the jist and have a (sweaty) great time. Everyone left smiling (and sweating). What better way to start the day than dancing?? Can't believe how much fun I had. I will definitely be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: This studio & these teachers are amazing!! Classes are energetic, they break down the movements so it’s easy to follow along!! Great workout while you’re dancing to great music!! I love that they have childcare for the 9:30 classes so I can take my little guy with me while the big kids are in school!! Try it out!!

Experiencia fantástica: As someone new to Jazzercise, it took me a long time to work up the nerve to go by myself, but I'm so glad I did. The instructors are AWESOME and the workouts are so much fun AND easily modified to fit my own level. Everyone at the center is very welcoming making every class is like a dance party with my friends. I've been going for almost a year now and I am all the healthier for it. Jazzercise has seriously changed my life and I always look forward to my next class.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful to have found Reston Herndon Jazzercise! My sister-in-law invited me to come with her a couple of years ago, and I loved it. I was not able to continue due to taking care of my son who was medically fragile. After he passed away a few months ago, I knew I needed a way to get my health back on track- both physically and emotionally. This has been the biggest blessing to me- a great workout led by instructors who constantly encourage and uplift everyone in class. Everyone welcomed me instantly and made me feel at home. It doesn’t feel like exercise at all, just having fun with friends dancing and getting healthier every fun minute!

Experiencia fantástica: Jazzercise Herndon Reston is wonderful! The instructors are wonderful with a ton of energy and always encouraging. They show a way to do the exercises for both high and low impact so no matter your physical ability, you can participate. As a mom with a young son, I really appreciate that they offer child care. It is great that I don't have to choose between taking care of me and taking care of him. I get to exercise and fun while he gets to play and watch mommy!

The workouts are great with a fantastic variety of formats to choose from. The energy is very positive with such a great community of people. When you walk in, you feel like you belong!!

Experiencia fantástica: Jazzercise is a great workout, combining aerobic dancing, core exercise and strength training. The Herndon Reston studio has wonderful, upbeat instructors who encourage you to get the most out of the class, and welcome everyone at any level of fitness. They not only demonstrate the full-on dance moves for every song, but also the low-impact, high intensity version of each move. The whole experience at this fitness studio is lots of fun...you forget that it’s exercise!
