Experiencia fantástica: I have been part of the Ocean Fitness family for over 2 years. Stacey has helped me and my husband go from lazy couch potatoes to the best shape of our lives through dynamic, fun workouts. More recently, Stacey kept me active and healthy through my first pregnancy. I'm glad I had her support through the journey because I truly believe it prepared me for labor. I can't wait to start up postpartum sessions now! The studio itself is always very clean, helping us feel comfortable working out during these crazy times. The ocean-adjacent location is stunning, and there is tons of metered parking nearby. We can't say enough great things about Ocean Fitness!

Experiencia fantástica: A great place for your training experience

Experiencia fantástica: I lived in NYC for 12 years, and often trained with celebrity trainers or ambassadors for major sports brands. The truth is, I really didn’t get major results until I trained here at this small, unassuming gym in Manhattan Beach, California. My husband’s work took us out here and I wasn’t expecting much, but in a year of training mostly with Taber and Jaz, my entire body transformed. Not only did I push more weight than ever, I also felt more confident in my strength, whether that was my ability to jump into a bootcamp class on the side or experimenting with mobility work like Pilates or yoga. (It’s insane what weights will do for the core and how that changes your entire practice.) The best thing about Ocean Fitness is that it’s not pretentious—a rarity when you’re smack dab in the middle of Manhattan Beach. The trainers are kind, the clients are nice to each other, and you never feel intimidated before a workout. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who, like me, was feeling insecure and demoralized after years of working out here and there, but was really ready for a life change.
