Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. I exercise almost daily and love to play sports whether high impact, low impact, you name it. But my body is getting old and I keep having issues, ankle sprain, arthritis, morton's neuroma, knee tendonitis, etc. This place became my to-go place to recover and relax, or simply to get a good work out. I love the fact that it's different from all the other gyms out there and that it's geared to real athletes (while everyone is welcome). Experiencia fantástica: My favorite thing? The compression boots! After being on my feet all day or a hard workout leaving my legs heavy, tired , and sore it is an immediate relief and relaxation. This is my first experience with combining hot and cold recovery therapies and it is amazing. My skin looks better, I don't retain water, I have more energy during the day and sleep more soundly at night. It's not all R&R though! I get one killer HIIT workout that I feel in every muscle in my body WITHOUT ANY SORENESS OR PAIN! Trust me that foam rolling is a welcome change of pace for my thighs after the Spinning, hello legs! I can't wait to get my sexy, summer shoulders back from the water rower and versa climber...

Experiencia fantástica: Came in with my wife on this promotion and loved it so much we joined! Nice location, great looking inside, competent/fun trainers but tough!!
