Also, you get lots of 1:1 attention and assistance, which is very helpful. This gym has a very personal ambiance because of the small class size and dedicated instructors.

Experiencia fantástica: Zone 7 gym is super clean, wiping down all equipment after each use, clean towels are available and has a nice aroma when you walk in. The unlimited packages are affordable to everyone and offers a variety of workouts to complement your workout routines (i.e. cardio party, HIIT, and run). I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. I train here 4-5 times a week. I love that they have the same group of quality trainers give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. It’s a life changing gym experience. And I am seeing results for sure.
