Experiencia fantástica: Routines are well thought out and an hour workout flies by. Equipment and facility is very nice with lots of modern equipment. Class sizes are small enough that you get personalized training/coaching. Jake and Giles are amazing trainers.

Experiencia fantástica: Just joined a few weeks ago, and we are really enjoying the workouts thus far. The facility is really nice and well maintained. Jake and the D1 team are top notch and really run a great program. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for solid, cross functional training - regardless of experience level.

Experiencia fantástica: Im absolutely hooked! Such a fun atmosphere. The coaches are super knowledgeable and make sure you’re doing everything with proper form and the correct amount of weight. They cater to everyones level of fitness and every member is always in good spirits and motivating to be around. Its always a different routine which keeps things interesting and there seems to be an endless amount of different exercises they incorporate into each class. The class environment creates some natural accountability and makes me push myself each time. If you’re thinking about joining id definitely try it out!

Experiencia fantástica: The first thing I will say about d1 is that - the staff are among the most positive trainers I’ve worked with. They really care and try to push you to be better. Totally different than other gyms and programs I’ve been apart of. The accountability is great. Second - the workouts are quite fun. Keep you on your toes. Third. The facilities are really well maintained. Cleaned. New equipment. Good stuff. Currently - the classes are still on the smaller intimate side. 5-9 people at a time. And it’s AWESOME. Join while you can - cause these classes are gonna fill up!

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Communication , Professionalism , Quality Coach Giles is an incredible coach. My son struggles with gross and fine motor skills and in 5 months, Giles has helped him shed 3 minutes off his 40 yard run and his hand eye coordination has become phenomenal.

Experiencia fantástica: So tonight was my first challenging workout in years. I struggled the entire time. However, the trainers there were very understanding and supportive. I don’t remember the trainer’s names because I was mentally and physically exhausted after the workout. The one that looks like Dwayne Johnson’s younger half Italian cousin was very caring. The trainer leading the class was very engaged and encouraging. I’m in so much pain. I called my girlfriend and cried like a baby. My legs and lower back feels like I jumped off a building. In conclusion, I will be signing up for a membership. I’m writing my Will tonight just in case I die during this journey ✌

Experiencia fantástica: Kirsten, Jacob, Sam, Carson, and Caleb are all amazing! I’m burning 4-500 calories consistently and the classes are fun! Worked out once with the owner and she was so kind and down to earth. I love supporting local businesses and this Gym is just what Hendersonville needed to elevate the Fitness experience for Sumner County. The gym has great parking and the cleanliness is always tiptop! Thank you D-1 for helping me get fit! ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I love D1! It was hard at first, but now it’s hard for me not to go, it’s kind of addictive. The staff are all very welcoming and help out with anything you need.

D1 has given him an outlet for more activity and the trainers challenge him in ways he didn't know existed. I love that he can go any day he wants and the different trainers all provide a different perspective.

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a trainer, highly recommend Coach Matt! My very favorite is that he keeps up with what you did on each session and pushes you to beat your best time, go further, be stronger on the next. Hands down the best trainer I have ever had!

The coaches are so knowledgeable and encouraging. You will have fun and be so proud of yourself for the work you’ve put in-and the results. Do it for you! I train with Giles, Matt, and Jacob the most, and they are top notch!

The coaches and staff are more than personable and work to motivate you to come in as much as possible. Experiencia fantástica: Working on my second week at D1 and it has been a great experience so far. This type of workout is right up my alley. A good mix of strength and mobility work. Combine the workout with the class atmosphere makes for an enjoyable routine each morning. I'll follow up with another review in a few months, but so far it has been great!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re here reading reviews trying to decide if you should check it out or not… the answer is yes. I was hesitant because the hidden pricing structure but we went anyways. The facility isn’t huge but adequate and super nice. Everyone there was awesome and it wasn’t intimidating at all. Some great athletes but some average and below average people too. The trainers are fun, nice and supportive. It really is a great atmosphere. Pricing. I love the pricing options. They’re about what you would expect and every package is worth considering. They are all very fair and reasonable. No bait and hook, no private high pressure conversations. It’s very straight forward. 100% go check it out.

Experiencia fantástica: Being a D1 athlete I found it important to train at a D1 facility and with this place I found just that. I was challenged and trained by the best to be the best and I will absolutely be telling my friends about this place. My trainer was Giles Amos former Alabama TE and he showed me what it was like to workout at a top level. I loved this facility and can’t wait to see the success you guys have in the future.

Experiencia fantástica: I was probably like most of you. I was tired of the typical mundane gym experience. D1 is more than a gym. It’s a lifestyle. I puked during the first workout, but I finished and have been hooked since. D1 sessions are tough, but teach you to push past your limits. Come try it. I’ll be here with the rest of the crew!!!

Experiencia fantástica: If you find it hard to be consistent at the gym, you’ve been intimidated by the thought of working out in front of others, or you’re just looking to mix it up, look no further! Regardless of fitness level this place is right for you. The staff is amazing, friendly, and always take the time to make sure you feel comfortable with the workouts, and offer modifications if you need it. I always leave feeling so glad I came! I just completed my 25th workout here and I am so much stronger and more confident. Kirsten, Giles, Jacob and Jake are unbelievable to work with!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working out for quite a while. In that time i have tried every gym you can think of. D1 Hendersonville is by far my favorite place to work out. Kirsten and Shelby are fantastic. They are both so welcoming and helpful. Jake, Jacob and Giles are great coaches and help guide your workout while encouraging push yourself. The programing is very intentional and proves to increase overall strength. I have been attending D1 for 6 months and feel stronger then ever!
