Experiencia fantástica: My recent experience at Yoga Alternative was EVERYTHING! I received a personal massage from a gifted therapist. The space was calming and lighting was perfectly relaxing. Erin diagnosed my muscle type and even gave me suggestions on how to continue to feel my physical best. I was definitely impressed and will continue to visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I tried Yoga this morning for the first time with Erin after years of typical cardio and strength training. It was great! She is very patient and calm, and the overall experience was fantastic and very, well, peaceful and fulfilling. That's strange to say about a tough workout, but true. My wife and I and doing a few private lessons before getting into the classes. I'm so glad this beautiful studio is in downtown Henderson!
