Experiencia fantástica: The General manager and his associates are extremely kind and helpful! They don’t make you feel uncomfortable and they are genuine about your health and fitness journey. Glad I joined, although our one opportunity is, there should be more spaces to sit and unwind before or after a workout.

Experiencia fantástica: Announcement for those with prior injury & physical disability: Jade, one of the trainers here, is SUPER friendly & knowledgeable with respect to rehabilitative exercise and form! I've barely started but my weakest spots are already feeling better.

Experiencia fantástica: My favorite Golds location! Bandera Pointe is a close second, but Valley Hi has a great amount of space, more squat racks than other locations, and the machines are always clean and well maintained.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff. They have all kinds of machines to work out and weights. You can go swimming. They have a relaxing spa and sauna. I feel comfortable here, no judging.

Experiencia fantástica: The gym is good. It's always clean. The staff is great and friendly. I gave it 1 star to get the attention of the managers. CLOSING WELL BEFORE 1pm FOR CLEANING IS EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING AND NOT NECESSARY. it's not the same as closing at night (you don't have to kick people out). I used to work in the Industry so I'm aware of how empty the gym is at 1pm. please stop closing for cleaning at 12:45pm. Close AT 1PM AS ANNOUNCED. My workouts are extremely important and I have to fit it into my varying schedule. *****I updated to 5 stars because they fixed they issue! Thank you staff!!!!! *****

Experiencia fantástica: Golds Gym Valley Hi is great experience. Great staff and maintenance crew. David works cleanup here and is a tremendous worker. Denys, Anna, Crystal, are awesome at the front desk. Tom and Shane are glad to answer any questions about different exercises and routines.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym has Hoist, which makes lifting weights fun. Gorgeous palm trees just outside the entrance add Texas character.

Experiencia fantástica: Love this location. Kid's club is always clean and staff is friendly. My children love to go and that motivates me to get in the gym often. This gym is always clean and I have never had any problems with non working machines. Keep up the good work guys!

Experiencia fantástica: Best golds gym that I’ve been to. Traditional machines and free weights plus an Olympic weightlifting platform with bumper plates?! Plus all of the amenities you’d expect from every other golds gym. For $35 a month for military, you can’t beat this.
