Experiencia fantástica: Leave any stigma attached to crossfit behind! I've been at Bedlam for about 6 months and I am more encouraged with this discipline of training then I have been with boxing, martial arts or weight lifting (ugghhh). I was apprehensive when I first joined because I simply had no idea what I was getting myself into. However, that feeling was quickly nullified. The training regimen implemented here is fantastic and the PEOPLE leading the way are even better. You are truly welcomed no matter your status and your equipped with all the tools necessary to reform your body. If your looking into Crossfit, do yourself the favor and stop in and talk to one of the staff, you'll get more then you bargained for!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I was part of another gym for over two years and learned a lot, but not nearly as much as I have in just a matter of months of being at Bedlam. It's a great gym for both those who are looking to just get into better shape and take care of their health and those who are competitive and want to truly develop in the sport. If you've never tried CrossFit, this is definitely one of the best places to grow. Don't wait until "you're in better shape" or "lose a few." This IS the place to get into better shape! You'll always be welcomed with a friendly face and, often, a warm embrace. You'll be encouraged, challenged (mentally and physically) and want to come back. I love it here! My only regret is that I didn't come sooner!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in visiting San Antonio and was recommended to visit Bedlam Crossfit while in Town. They are so awesome that I rearranged my business schedule on the second day of my trip so that I could go twice while in town. The owners and coaches rock. Experiencia fantástica: I'm new to crossfit so when I walked into the box, the owner and trainers immediately welcomed me in and gave me the run down of the gym. They did not make me feel intimidated and the other members were friendly and eager to give me pointers. I was allowed 3 free trial days but I was sold after that first day. I've been there 5 months now and everyone is still very motivating and treat you like family, no matter how long you've been a member. I can honestly say Bedlam crossfit will be in my life for years to come!

We chose to drop into Bedlam because of its good reviews, images of the gym, and easy-to-navigate website. What kept us coming back, however, was the awesome community. Never have I had the pleasure of dropping in to a more welcoming gym. Members range from beginners just getting started on their crossfit journey, to competitors. A little something for everyone, with a super friendly atmosphere. Coach Cass is the best - she made us feel like part of the family from the moment we walked in the door!

Experiencia fantástica: Man where do I start! There are a lot of home gyms out there, but not many gyms the you can call your home. Fortunately for me I found BEDLAM, and it is home to me!! As soon as you walk-in you feel like you’ve known everyone there your whole life. You’re surrounded by friends and supporters. The coaches are a perfect example of what bedlam is all about. Experiencia fantástica: I travel a lot for work and hit up different boxes when I do. However, when I am in San Antonio I will only come to Crossfit Bedlam. I purposely stay in a hotel nearby so I can drop in. The coaches and the athletes make you feel welcome. This is what a crossfit box should be!

Experiencia positiva: Coolest box in San Antonio and the box has such huge meaning and welcomes you in so much. Warmup is on your own which I wasn’t cool with because not warming up is how serious can occur. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

But the coaches and members of CrossFit bedlam were organized and everything flowed greattjere was a large class but it seamed smaller. The coaches had good que’s and knowledge to share .. You want to go where you feel loved and welcomed each time you step through those doors... this is the box for you... the people as at the box is our second family. And they cater to all athletes of varying skill sets.. whether you are the average joe just trying to get your daily fix... or the competitor.. they have something programmed for you. It’s very family oriented.. they have get together as so everyone knows everyone at the box. I love bedlam.

Experiencia fantástica: I travel for work a lot and drop in at boxes across the country. Bedlam CF is one of the best I've been too. Large space, great equipment and tough WODs. The coaches were fantastic! Cassandra, Eric, John and Mitchell welcomed me and helped me make it through a tough workout. You could also tell that they have cultivated a community that really cares about each other. If I lived in San Antonio, this is the box I would join, no question about it. Hope to see you guys again soon.

Experiencia fantástica: You won't find another gym with the same caliber of owners, coaches, and members. I've been through a lot of Crossfit boxes and gyms and I can tell you, no one will make you feel as welcome as the guys at Bedlam. Not to mention you'll be looking and feeling great. Must be something in the water over there!
