LiveFit Boot Camp

Experiencia positiva: Livefit Boot Camp was just the kick-start I needed. It's challenging, invigorating, addicting, with a wide variety of workouts, and it's fun. The campers are supportive and encouraging. I like the camaraderie, too, especially at 5:30 a.m. we have a great class. Thanks Jeff, and Livefit Boot Camp for getting me off the couch and moving. I still have a lot of improving to do, but I know Livefit will get me there.

Experiencia positiva: I couldn't be happier with the results of the program on my body and overall health! Jeff is great and really puts you in a mood to workout even at 5:30 AM! I've gained strength, lost body fat, and feel absolutely rejuvenated!!!! Jeff, Thanks for all the encouragement! You're great as our fearless leader.

Experiencia positiva: When I started boot camp I was overweight, out of shape and unmotivated to exercise. As my wedding day approached I knew I had to do something to get in shape for my big day. I am now in my second month of boot camp and I have lost 10lbs. I have more energy, more confidence and I feel better about myself. I am looking forward to walking down the aisle feeling confident and beautiful. Thank you LiveFit!

Experiencia positiva: Boot Camp has changed me and my life in so many ways. I have always been active and trying new workouts, be it weights, yoga, running or cycling. Even with all that I have never really liked my body or been very confident in my self. But this, this has changed all that. I had a friend tell me to try it out for a month, just to try and see if I like it. I LOVE IT. I was challenged and pushed and rose to each to challenge and succeeded. I also found a workout partner and new friend. I look forward to our 5:30am workouts knowing I have Kelsey there to keep me going when I want to stop, Amy there to challenge me when I think I can't do more and Kat to try and be like. This has changed my way of working out, how I see myself and ultimately how I am living my life. I am becoming a strong, fit and confident female thanks to LiveFit Boot Camp.

Experiencia positiva: I am 56, and began attending the LiveFit Boot Camp in January (after taking a 2 week holiday session in late December). The classes are held outside and are so much better than the cramped, stuffy rooms at most gyms. Our instructor, Kim, is motivating and encouraging, always changing up the workout routines so that neither myself nor my body get bored. After just 3 months, I already have more energy and stamina than I ever had, my arms and waist looks more defined and I went down a pant size!

Experiencia fantástica: The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and have designed a program that is focused and challenging, and they are great at motivating me to do my best. Having the core group of fellow campers expecting me to show up everyday is an added level of accountability that I appreciate. There is no substitute for having highly skilled guidance when exercising, and the trainers at LiveFit prove to me daily that they sincerely care about my progress. I cannot recommend LiveFit Boot Camp highly enough.
