Experiencia positiva: I love that they have more then one machine to do the same workout, with out having to wait for people to be done with it for you to use it. Costumer service is also good.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is Hands down one of the best gyms in the country and for sure the Best gym in PA. They have nothing but the best hardcore and well made equipment that exists. For a bodybuilder like myself it’s like a candy store. It’s also very clean and well maintained. The 24/7 access is also super convenient.

Experiencia fantástica: If you want gym that is 24 hours, clean, and has all the weight machines you would need then lift is your place. The ppl are friendly if you are a social person and know how to spark up a conversation. There is a mini running track, punching bags, a separate cardio section, areas broken down by body exercises, there is a sauna , and showers. It's not the flashiest gym but it will provide you everything you need. Stop by and check it out.
