Experiencia fantástica: Was in town and decided to do the trial week; I was definitely impressed and wished I could’ve signed up at this location! The intensity of the workouts vary depending on the day; they definitely weren’t easy and some days are harder but the trainers are there to help you modify or challenge you. There were 3 trainers for each class; specifically Jerilyn, Paul and Steve were there my first session and they were so welcoming! Honestly, they’re the ones that made my whole experience great and made me want to come back and keep going. So I highly suggest this location

Experiencia fantástica: This place opened at the start of January and ive been going since then. I had tried doing the gym by myself and hadnt had much success. I'm getting married in June and figured I'd give them a shot. Honestly I'm really proud of my progress so far. I still have a ways to go but this gym really made the difference. The way the place works is every day is one type of workout and they have classes at all different times throughout the day to accommodate different schedules. So Monday would be cardio, Tuesday strength, etc. The workouts themselves are comprised of stations that you rotate through. There is very little downtime and they get you out in 45 minutes. The trainers are awesome. They pay attention to what you are doing, run you through the exercises, and if you are unable to do anything due to being tired they work with you on alternatives so you can keep going. Also the people here are all types of ages and body types. I'm glad I signed up for this gym and am happy with my progress so far thanks to the supportive trainers who work with you and the structured format of the workout that gets you out in a timely matter.

Experiencia fantástica: Positive: Quality After recently moving to Michigan, F45 RO was the first place my fiancé and I felt at home. We have made such great friends while continuing to be challenged each and every week with a new workout. We have yet to see any program be repeated!

Great place to grow your strength and stamina. Brownie points- Clean facility, and clean F45 towels ready for every workout wohooooo!!!
