Experiencia fantástica: Love this place, very cool and close to my hospital. Every equipment needed to reach my goals are available. The staff are very very friendly.I go there 7 days a week to work out and take a hot shower because i am susceptible to cold and so part of why i pay $22 is to have that hot shower to enable me warm up to my patients. I am truly happy that the Staff called *MARCUS* recognized my needs and made sure that i get the hot shower. What other way to treat the public than this excellent public relations with the public I was going to take my business somewhere else if i cant have warm water but because of Marcus and his caring attitude, I decided to stay. Experiencia fantástica: Excellent and affordable at $12.99 per month (+ $30-$40 annual fee). Has 3 power racks + 1 extra padded floor for dead lifting. The gym also offers multiple muacle isolation machines, many cardio equipment and group fitness classes.

Experiencia fantástica: I dropped 24hr fitness and changed over to crunch. Crunch san lorenzo is a badcass gym! Tons of equipment, very clean and very friendly staff.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is located in a tiny little shopping area. From the outside you would think this gym has nothing in it worthwhile. You walk in and you are incredibly blown away or at least I was! They have great equipment everything is so bright and colorful. It was a little busy at the time but I did not find a hard time finding a spot.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place. Staff are always nice and have always been able to help me out. Gym has great equipment and a good variety of spaces. Only downside to this place is the size in comparison to how busy it gets. Don't even bother trying to go on Monday afternoons.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, great people, the culture here is superb: People generally rerack the weights in their respective areas. Only downside is it's pretty small so when it gets busy, good luck trying to get on some equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is friendly, plenty of exercise equipments and they function 99% of the time, clean, always have towels, ample parking, always open, and sexy people going there. The only complaint I have are the guys who hug the equipments and texts and browse their cell phones while at it.

Experiencia fantástica: You know for the cost per month, this is absolutely the best deal. The bar weights are old and beat up but if you have your own bar clips, their stuff is completely usable. People are nice and the staff is attentive.

Experiencia fantástica: You bout dat crunch life!? This gym is awesome, just don't go there after 4pm on a weekday. There's way too many people, no parking and long lines to use equipment.

Experiencia fantástica: This is a perfect low cost gym in an area where all the gyms are either specialist or expensive. If you want to go for a treadmill, stairstepper, biking or eliptical run they have that. They also have a trx set with punching bag set up, yoga/wood floor room and a turf field for pulling and pushing exercises. 1 pure squat rack with 3 other racks for deadlifts, OHP,set ups. Fitted with a standard back pull, bar, tricep press, cable machine that can have up to 12 on the busiest of days. This gym is always busy but they have ample parking and if you go on the off peak hours you will definitely have a free area. This gym has a energetic staff which helps if you're looking for a trainer or if you're nervous on how to use a machine they can help. For those interested I am aware that they have a 1-3 day pass that can help you determine if this is the right gym for you. However if you're looking for a swimming pool, basketball court or similar sports court this is not the gym for you and for basketball,swimming specifically 24hour may be your best bet in the area.

Experiencia fantástica: I love crunch. They're always super friendly and always help you right when you get there with whatever you need. You never have to wait for anyting. And the temperature is always perfect in there never hot. Or smelly. It's a great place to work out.

Experiencia fantástica: Trainer Candy Shaw is the best. I am middle aged, just getting into fitness after a big surgery. Candy's knowledge and insights has proved to be invaluable in adjusting my routines while still providing challenges while avoiding injury. She is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym. I never thought I would leave planet fitness but I fell in love with this crunch. I love their variety of classes and Free weights! Yes , 24hr fitness have the heaviest weights but Crunch is right behind them for an extremely reasonably price. Its unfortunately if you have the top membership here you cannot go to a "Super Crunch" across the bay, but the overall Atmosphere and quality of the gym is wonderful. Especially their Employees: very knowledgeable, kind, and Genuinely care about customer-service like Alondra her happy face always brightens my day. Crunch is great for all levels health From the elderly all the way to the beef-y-est buff person And everyone in between.
