Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a studio that is all flash and gleaming mirrors then Zeal Fitness is not for you...... on the other hand if you are looking for a studio where the owner/instructor is highly educated, knowledgeable and can customize your workout while thinking outside the box, THEN WELCOME TO YOUR NEW STUDIO! As a runner and triathlete I have had my fair share of fitness complaints over the years. Since starting to take Hanna's Strength for Runners class I can honestly say that I have become a stronger faster runner and while I think that its all my hard work that's the reason, it is hands down mainly due to Hanna. Not a runner then try her Train with the Trainer class which while you may think would be intimidating is in actuality a first class workout that is catering to every level of fitness. I have taken Hanna's 'train with the trainer' class since she introduced it and leave not only feeling healthier but happier too having met a whole other group of people that make me laugh on a weekly basis. Try Zeal you have absolutely nothing to lose and a whole lot to gain.

Experiencia fantástica: Hanna is a fabulous trainer. I have benefited so much from her classes. My running has definitely improved since I’ve been training with her. I highly recommend her for the beginner to the seasoned athlete. You will learn so much, be stronger, avoid injury and feel great! I debated over joining a fitness studio for years since we have a membership to the Y. But am so glad I did. Hanna gives me the individual feedback and adjustments that I really need to ensure that I am doing the exercises correctly for maximum benefit and to ensure that I don’t injure myself while doing them.
